Why does ordering on line take so long?
It's the first time I have ordered online.....
Will not bother again!

Poor experience in Leeds.
I was hoping to buy the long sleeved black sequin jacket top with white bow. I could only find size medium in store so I tried that on, loved it, but a bit on the big side for me. I tried on another style top in small. This established that I needed small in the sequin jacket.
A member of staff (dark hair in bunch) helped and checked her tablet and said there was a small in store. She said I’ll go and get it from the store room. Great!
Except that as she turned to go to the store to fetch it another customer asked her if the shop would match the 15% off on items on-line. The assistant said she could give 10%. The customer said that’s not enough and she’d buy it on line. Astonishingly the assistant then said she’d go and talk to the someone else so all thought of fetching my item from the store forgotten, without a word to me stood like a lemon, she then took the lady to the tills and entered into conversation there with other staff.
Plain rude.
I left. Sale lost. Future custom lost. I spend money where I’m valued.
Surely you don’t abandon your first customer in favour of a second customer. Other staff around, no need for this.

Always love shopping with Mint Velvet because of their fantastic style but also for great customer service. Always getting very prompt replies and doing everything they can to resolve any query.

My personal shopping experience with Molly C at Aberdeen store was excellent. Molly was so helpful with ideas, I hope to see her again when I visit the store. Such a nice girl. I’m home and loving my purchases. Thank you again

Hi. I attended the Styling Event in Aberdeen. And I had a great time choosing what I wanted to buy after one of the staff modelling for us quite a few gorgeous clothes and shoes. I bought four items that I will be using for our holiday. Thank you so much for the staff that assisted me while I was trying some clothes. And for the girls from the till and took my order for me. Mint Velvet is one of my favourite shops. And I hope it’ll stay in ABERDEEN for a long time. Thank you and hope to see you again soon x.

I accidentally mixed up two return QR codes and sent Mint Velvet an Adanola return and vice versa. Mint Velvet have been amazing. They let me know about the error and returned the items to me. Adanola has been pretty useless. Despite supplying the order number, the Royal Mail tracking details and an exact description of the box and item I sent to them in error they haven't been able to help me at all. It's amazing how the customer service for one retailer, at similar price points, could be so different from another.

I visited MV in Wimborne and exceptionally busy . I cannot praise both ladies working and the customer care and help went above and beyond . Their eye for detail and help is five star .

Special mention for Lucy in the Mint Velvet concession in Peter Jones SW3 this afternoon; even though we didn’t end up buying a Mint Velvet (coat) product, she was polite and helpful across all the floor - just like the proper retail assistants that John Lewis used to have!!

Had an amazing experience at Guildford with Lais. Highly recommend booking a personal shopping session there. Was a great experience and I now no longer have to think about what I’m wearing to the next meeting!

1. A top for 200€ and then a delivery in a plastic bag with holes?
2. To sent it back I need to pay 12€?

I had an issue with Royal mail delivery of my item from Mint Velvet. Rebekka from the Customer Care Dept, helped with my query very quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful and my order was delivered to me the following day. I have shopped at Mint Velvet for a number of years and found the quality of the clothing excellent.

Had a brilliant afternoon being styled by Kirsty in Mint Velvet Buchanan Street. She suggested some outfits that I wouldn’t normally have considered & I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried them on. Thrilled with my purchases which have been much admired! Kirsty has a super sense of style and provided excellent advice. The whole personal shopping experience was great fun. I’d thoroughly recommend Mint Velvet’s personal styling service.

It’s always a delight to go into a MV store, the feel of the store and the staff make this a really lush shopping experience

I ordered 2 jumpers to choose from on 20/10/25. A jumper and a pair of trousers arrived(?) Both sent back the same day. I’m still waiting for my refund today 4/11/25.
Interestingly, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from fitflop at the same time - returned one pair and had refund within 48hrs. So it’s possible. MV hang onto the money to make money… better in their account than yours. Terrible service on top of getting the order hopelessly wrong. They are supposed to be a premium brand! “Relaxed glamour”🤪

Lovely quality leather boots but the smallest sizing! I have slim feet but only just squeezed my feet into the Noa boot, couldn’t walk in them, so uncomfortable I had to return. Parcel took 1 week to reach them via inpost. It then takes a further 10 working days to be refunded, so 3 weeks in total which is ridiculously slow, I’m still waiting!

This review is based on my experience at the Mint Velvet store in Reigate. It’s not a shop I usually purchase from, but I recently ordered something from their limited collection online and went into the store to exchange a size and return an item. Jayne and Louise could not have been more helpful they went above and beyond and made me feel so special.

I was quite stressed about finding the right outfit for a very special event and hadn’t been having much luck elsewhere. They took so much time to help me, gave me lots of options, checked stock and ordered the sizes I needed.

I was impressed with the quality of the pieces and felt that it was a good price point.

I left the store feeling very happy and relieved. It is becoming increasingly rare to find that level of personal service, and I will definitely be going back again.

I have been buying from Mint Velvet for a number of years, I love the quality of their clothes and find their customer service first class. For me, a very important point is if you call them you actually get to speak to someone and if you have a problem it gets resolved swiftly and without any drama. If you email them, they get right back to you, if you online chat - they are there.
This is a more premium brand clothing store and you get premium quality and service without doubt. All staff are friendly, clothes are great, well packaged, fast delivery and as a customer it feels nice to be appreciated and valued.

It is now 15 days since I ordered my item and nothing has arrived. MV have not answered my emails. It appears to be a problem with Evri, however if a company chooses to use such an unreliable courier there will inevitably be issues.
I’m very disappointed.

Fantastic company to buy from had lots of clothes from them any problems they sort it and once they get your returns your refund is back in your back with in 5 day brilliant company
