Absolute game changer. This is the best product for cleaning toilets has never been so easy. If you are sitting on the fence about buying this product go ahead you will not use anything else. Love love love it.

I am elderly with arthritis and mobility issues.
The mop is very lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and the stick strong and long enough to enable me to clean my kitchen cupboards which I had been unable to reach. Anytime anything is spilled on the kitchen floor tiles I can immediately clean it up without having to reach down which is difficult for me.
The head grips the cloth firmly and the full task can be done without having to manage with a loose cloth. Fitting and disposing of the cleaning cloth is so easy that anyone with arthritic hands will find it a boon as I have.

Ordered the $59.95 sponge heads for my toilet wand.

Got them (not as pictured on their site - they were cheap and in plastic packs of 6), I emailed to say they don’t fit the handle I have (I explained in great detail that my handle wasn’t bought from them)

Emailed MiracleMop to ask for a refund - they asked for photos as to why the heads didn’t fit, emailed them pics, then they wanted a video, so I did that.

I said can I order just the handle to fit the heads I received and the reply was offering me 10% off buying their starter pack (another $79.95) so I said how about I pay the extra $20 to get the starter pack and they said no, our best offer is 30% off the pack.

Emails back and forth and they finally said they would give me a full refund if I send the product to China (I thought this was an Aussie company), another $26, what a con.

There was a list of things they wanted me to do for that process as well.

I emailed back and congratulated them on achieving their goal of making it impossible for a mutually agreeable outcome. I said I would let others know about all of this and haven’t heard another thing.

Mop was very poor quality and broke first use. It did not do as the videos shows. Customer service had me send the item back to china and then never collected the parcel so it’s been returned to me in Australia - another waste of money. Now they won’t answer emails.

PS - 5.5 months later and now they want me to email the Im the same email that they didn’t reply to. What’s the bet I get ghosted yet again

I've posted before & I'll do it again & again.
Wind spinner delivered looked nothing LIKE THE PROMOTED PHOTOS.
Firstly, it wasn't assembled as in the photos & no mention of assembly.
Second, it came in a small box (15cm x 21cm) with 58 pieces & a couple of surplus nuts. (No reference to the supplier there).
Third, the screwdriver was too small for the screws Fourth, the little spanner was too big for the nuts.
It took my own tools, 3 engineers & a friend with nimble fingers to assemble this ridiculous contraption, only to find it doesn't even stand up because it's top heavy & doesn't spin in significant winds. Maybe it should be in Cyclone Alfred in Queensland.
This site should be shut-down for FALSE ADVERTISING.

Terrible cheap items different from photos they lying about easy returns. You actually can return to somewhere in Europe and postage cost minimum 43$
And sometimes country restrictions not allowed to get the items. Forget about buying anything from miracle mop

I would give 0 stars. Unreliable and disgusting customer service! I ordered on 2 Feb 2025 and followed up 3 times by email as items weren’t shipped after a week and still no response as at 9 Feb and order not processed (when expected delivery was 9 Feb). DO NOT BUY from them.

Garbage. The Velcro detached from the face of the mop therefore the mop pad became jammed and detached from the mop base whenever I use the squeegee function. Therefore I can only use the squeegee function for about 2/3 of the length of the mop pad meaning that that last third is saturated and dripping water everywhere. also, the rectangular miracle mop brand bucket is very unbalanced and spills easily when carrying it by the handles

Ordered a fish sculpture from this website. Arrived and looked nothing like the image, and I mean majorly different. Also ordered with $15 express shipping and was sent via regular post. Contacted the store and was refused a refund or compensation unless I shipped the item at my own cost internationally at a heavy cost, and even then was not going to receive compensation for the express shipping that was not honoured. This store is either trying to scam you or has no idea about consumer law. Talking to them was painful and they appeared to be utter morons. I had to externally source help to get all my money back in the end. Which I did receive in the end as I was clearly legally correct. I would highly recommend to NEVER order from this store.

This mop and bucket are less than useless. I tried to complain and give an honest review. Their response was to tell me to squeeze the mop more and my less than 5 star review(s) never made it onto the website. Don’t waste your money. PS they are ALWAYS half price. Hmmmm. DO NOT BUY THIS MOP and BUCKET. Cheaper and more effective ones are available at your local supermarket

It's gonna be the poorest quality mop and bucket of everything it's worth about 30 bucks I got got mine today and the mopping the bucket leaks it supporters quality thing I've ever seen

I bought one and it’s faulty will only partly run down the head to squeeze water out - makes the floor wet - miracle mop won’t exchange or refund as I didn’t start using it until after the 30 days. Buyer beware - it sure isn’t what you see in the video. Is also very clunky - no smooth action about it - again not how it is portrayed in the video. False advertising at it’s finest 😡

OMG I was so excited for this mop. First time out I filled the bucket and when trying to carry it the thing tilted and I had water all over the floor. Not to worry, adjust my way of filling it and moving it. THE MOP: How in the heck does it work? I thought it was me, I could not get it together, and when I tried to find a video on how to do it I could not find one that really showed me how. My professional house cleaner gave up too. Also, it is so cheap looking and not happy. I see nobody is getting refunds so not sure if I should just toss it.

The worst mop ever! Its so cheap and nasty. Claims to be an Australian company however return requests say to ship back to the Netherlands! Seems like a scam company to me who is refusing to refund me and ignoring my emails. The mop doesn't even squeeze the water at all, leaving it soaked which then leaves wet marks on my tiles. Don't waste your money like I did!

Pretty good, took the squeegee and the pull down wiper off as I must've assembled it wrong. I paid a lot for it as I now see Temu selling it for a 1/4 of the original price. I'm a professional house cleaner so the things i love about it;
1. Gets under furniture and piles dust/ hair so I can collect it
2. The bucket. I fill it with disinfectant and pop the mops in to soak through. Love the wheels to push it around and the ability to soak my mop pads.
3. Being able to clean mop pads in washing machine after each use.
4. Lightweight, easy to maneuver.
5. Easy to remove unwanted attachments.
6. Can unscrew the handle to fit in the boot of my car.
7. Easy to remove and replace mop pads.
Things I don't love;
1. Mop pads could be thicker
2. Velcro pads on head should go all the way so whole mop head is attached ( minor irritation)
Otherwise it's the best mop currently on the market.

This mop is hopeless. Three friends (one an engineer) tried to work it out. It still doesn't work. When you write to the company, they come back with the same automated reply - attaching the same instructions. It is clearly faulty. I would never recommend it. All this hype online is useless.
