TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Miracle Mop! Do not buy this Sh%*t product! This is the worst mop and bucket I have ever used (the bucket has no balance due to the length of it and teeny little wheels) the mop pads mustn't be microfibre because all they do is wet the floor! The wringer has to go up and down 2-3 times to get the water off the mop head. The only miracle here will be if they give me a refund based on their 30 day satisfaction (first email offered me 30% back and keep the mop - even they don't want the mop back). I have to return it to an address in the Netherlands to get my refund.

Shoddy construction with incomplete and impossible to follow assembly instructions.

Offer a 30 day money back guarantee which when you contact them they a) only offer you a 30 percent refund, or b) demand that you not return it to where it was sent from but to a totally different place in the Netherlands. Obviously hoping that ill take the 30 percent offer!

All this despite marketing themselves as miracle mop Australia.

In short a total rip off.

Mop is great, but bucket always tips. So badly designed.
Most importantly you can buy exact same thing for half price from sites that supply directly. Miracle Mop just import then charge double

this is possibly the best mop I have ever used and I used to clean in a hospital. easy to use, the floor is dry to the touch after using and no residues left behind. sumply put together from the box and start mopping.... I bought two as I have another property on air bnb, glad I did !!!

Love the mop it’s really great and easy to use

The Miracle Mop is as described. Easy to use once you figure out how to put it together. Definitely would appreciate better instructions or at least a video on the web page. I purchased the miracle mop mainly to do walls and it works great. The wide mop and swivel head make it a much easier task.

I love the miracle mop!!! Highly recommend. Makes moping so much easier, and the mop head is so wide you can cover a lot of surface with it and makes mopping quicker.

This is a mere male answering.! Love it, Total versatility from floor to ceilings, not 100% perfect but real close, That is not it's ability, that is the bucket, But the bucket is so designed for the mop, as long as you don't carry the bucket (its balance) use the wheels.
However! Somebody did some real thinking and made a great product, I have used to seal lino floors with as well, brilliant.! Love it and it packs away to nothing,! awesome, no kidding.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I would highly recommend you steer clear from this company. Mop took forever to arrive. It's cheap looking and from day 1 did not click together to form a working mop. The pads would not stay on the end of the mop and parts would not connect. The company responded with over 40 emails saying please find a video of how to assemble attached. This took months of back and forward. They refused my refund due to being outside the 30 day time frame thanks to their constant deflection in emails. So I wasted money on a product that is cheap and does not work. I will never buy through this company again.
