Disappointing Returns and Poor Communication – Be Cautious
I invested in one of Mirah’s Bali projects, attracted by their promises of 10%+ annual returns. In reality, the actual yield was only about 1.5%. The company significantly overstates management expenses, rents out the property under unfavorable terms, and is unresponsive to investor concerns. Communication is poor, and attempts to resolve issues have been ignored. I am sharing my experience to warn other potential investors about the risks and lack of transparency in Mirah’s operations.
