Allowed to deposit then my account was frozen .then they tell me I have to send copies of payslips and bank statements to another company who then emailed me as well. Two weeks later and my account is still frozen with the money I deposited just sitting there. I can't play it ,I cannot speak to any of them and emails dont get answered. As far as contact goes it is almost none existent and I have no idea how to resolve this. Absolutely disgusting.

Very easy to deposit with Apple Pay and play. issues start happening when you try to withdraw some money. I placed around £200 in the live casino and was up around £100. decided to cash it all out and it when I started having issues. You need to provide a tone of Identification information passport/Apple Pay card (all of the Apple Pay cards even if you only used one)/ utility bill and bank statement. It all takes an eternity to get verified and most will get rejected. I will say this, don't give up providing ID once it all got verified my withdraw was accepted and I received the money in my account almost instantly. Overall horrible experience would not recommend opening an account with them. but if you do and look at all these withdraws horror Stories... just don't stop trying to get your account verified.

Did try to withdraw then start asking about documents i did then it's not good send us that document i did everything but still they r playing with me over month ago please i request to all go on global investigation and report there need to stop this app in uk they r playing with peoples

I have not had much look so far with this company. Seem to take the money and not willing to pay anything back £220 in two days alone. I have tried to upload documents so many time and have been unsuccessful. Also why is there no means of contact by phone? Name is Jenga1983

Terrible site, does forces you to deposit 10, 20, 50 100, or 200 pounds no in-between, then withdrawals are 50 pound minimum with 2.5 fee

No issues depositing and good games on there. Won a bit went to withdraw and asked for i.d. Very slow to respond to emails. Finally had a reply asking for more i.d. They take 2 or 3 days to reply to emails and then want more information. I've actually got Resolved involved now so hoping they will be quicker. All I want is my withdrawal, they are quick enough to take the money. Once withdrawal received I may up the stars and this is the only downside to the site.

I have recently uploaded documents and have a withdrawal amount of £100 pending. Since this I have been locked out of my account with no email or contact. I will alter this review if this matter is dealt with urgently. This is fraudulent and unacceptable I am in the process of reporting mirror bingo to the relevant governing authority who have advised me that all documents provided are sufficient for verification and this is to be dealt with.

I’ve had a great experience using mirror bingo, I deposited £10 won £50 on free spins then logged in again yesterday was given 20 free spins and withdrew £240.
I had the confirmation email today to say it’s successful and will be in my bank in 3 days. I didn’t spend a penny of my own money! I’ll definitely deposit and play again in the future!

I was really concerned after reading reviews that I wouldn’t be able to withdraw my winnings, I’ve played Amazon slots before and withdrew my winnings with no issues but Mirror Bingo wanted all sorts of ID, I deposited £100 on the 28th November and within a few hours had won £3441. I tried to withdraw it straight away and got stopped and asked for more verification, it took a few days of submitting ID etc but I was verified and withdrew my winnings, this morning 1st December it has being deposited into my bank account and I’m absolutely thrilled I’m now set for Christmas! My experience has been completely positive and yes it’s a pain to give all the ID etc but in my eyes it’s been worth the pain.

So joined up with £10. Won £280 in total. Tried and tried to withdraw by sending proof of id, only to be emailed back that id wasn’t good enough!! Took pics of driving license still not enough.
In the end I give up because I think that’s a site is a scam. Very bad, do not join up as you will lose your hard earned money to this awful site. Plus I’d give this a zero.

This place is the worst online bingo experience ever. They take your deposit, let you spend your money but as soon as you want to withdraw any money they charge you £2.50 for the privilege, want to have bank statements/bills/passport/driving licence, photo of card used to make payment, selfie of yourself. Allowed me to pay with my Chase debit card but would not except bank statement from same bank as proof of address. Even had the cheek to stop my withdrawal just to ask why I was withdrawing. Absolute jokers!! I have never had to jump through so many hoops to make a withdrawal. Oh and to make matters worse they have no live help/chat system so all support is done by email with 2 to 3 day wait time to respond to each email sent. And believe me if you intend to withdraw anything from this place you will need to contact support via email.

Finally got my account verified after countless emails, one response from them per day or two, even after immediate reply. After telling them how angry I was with them and their customer service they 'froze' my account which meant I STILL couldn't withdraw. They are holding money which is rightfully mine and now are refusing to reply to me. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Does anyone have a contact number for these people!? I’ve won just over 6k & they let me withdraw £100 & have now blocked my account!! I’ve sent an email every day & even gone through resolver and they’re just not responding!😩 awful site!!! If you want paying out deffo stay away from this site!! 😡

Absolute farce of a site, wanted 8 forms of proof from me when I tried to withdraw £180 after letting me deposit at least £200 without a question!! STAY WELL CLEAR —SCAMMERS

Terrible site. It has taken me a week to claim my winnings as they kept rejecting my ID. Highly recommend going through a website called Resolver as the money was sent to me the next day.

Well what can I say it’s took me 14 days of trying to get my account verified 5 emails and it’s now all done went to withdraw the money I had won and I can’t unless I deposit with the card I registered so thought to my self I’ll deposit a tenner then withdraw it out but will not let me deposit as I have the full amount of real money so I’m stuck can’t do either and have now emailed them again will not be using this site again

Absolute shambles of a site!
After reading another review about using resolver to assist with making my withdraw, I made a case and within 48 hours my withdrawal has been accepted. Anyone in the same situation where you’re being palmed off, I’d absolutely recommend doing what I done!

Honestly guys make sure you do the verification process as you will get your money. It took me weeks but I managed to withdraw the 1000 o had in there. I gave up at 1 point but I promise it's worth while. My review may seem high but I've got my money so I'm happy. Also just thoroughly read through what they ask for. Make sure all documents are correct, you can see all 4 corners and no shadows. It works I promise

I would give this site 0 stars if I could but u have to put 1 star to write a review. I'm having the same problems as everyone else trying to withdraw money but it keeps saying I need to download another document for prove I think I've sent them everything but it doesn't accept them and asks u to send again your just constantly going round in circles no contact for help and when you do email them they send the same email over n over again I very much doubt I will be getting any of the money they owe me back 😡 does anyone know how I can escalate this further and report them and who too? thanks in advance

Totally disgusted. I had trouble May this year as they requested proof of identity, address etc before they would release funds due to me but eventually got it resolved. I thought I would not have any more problems when they sent me an email to entice me back so I played. I came to withdraw and they wanted the verification again. I sent numerous emails stating this had already been done should they check their records but never received an acknowledgment. As utility bills are all online nowadays these requests are not easy to comply with. They do not require proofs of identity, address etc when you sign up to their site, they are only too happy to take your money, it’s only when you want to withdraw that they put so many obstacles in your way. Do not play on this site.
