I joined mirror bingo and deposited £20 when I won they made it almost impossible to withdraw funds. They asked for all sorts of proof of ID above and beyond needs PayPal details linked cards etc. eventually they then told me I hadn't met the deposit requirements. So I bet more and eventually ended up with just over £17 I then tried to withdraw. Several days later it was rrjectrd. They still have my £17. Don't deal with this Company there using a reputable name for Jumpman company.

This is a scam site do not deposit. William Hill is the best believe me, I have the ip address this is foreigners ripping you off omg us white brits are easy targets thank fook I don't have kids

It is a big con.

When I won last year, it took nearly 2 months and numerous phone calls to claim my £100.

This year , I telephoned to acquire a Mirror Bingo card but it never arrived in the post.

They expect you to buy extra Sunday papers to see if you might have got a winning claim.

They print the wrong telephone number for claims to deter you winning.

The site giving the daily numbers is always way behind so if you have a winning claim , it is always too late to claim.

They print the wrong numbers on the site to what is in the paper.

The last 3 emails I have sent them have been totally ignored.

The Mirror don't seem to be bothered that the group of amateurs dealing with the bingo on their behalf are causing serious upset to many of their readers.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I deposited a total of £40, no verification documents were requested before depositing may I add. I managed to rack up £550 and then tried to withdraw, now they were asking for verification documents which I can understand. I sent all documents through and after about a week I managed to get verified but were still unable to withdraw. I asked why and they said because the card was in my brothers name they would need documents from him which yes I understand. It has now been over a week since that last email and I cannot get a response from mirror bingo at all. I noticed yesterday that my account was no longer verified either. The communications from mirror bingo is by far the worst and I imagine they do not bother responding to emails so they do not have to pay out. I will not stop trying until I get this money. The contact number on Google is no longer in service either

This has to be the worst site I've ever used.

I put £20 I to this site because I wanted to play some bingo. What a mistake that turned out to be. The bingo games are every other day or hour soni have up on that.

I then decided to play my money on the slots and won my money back with about an extra £4 on top. This is when the issues started.

To remove your money from this site they will charge you £2.50. No as harsh as that sounds, that's the easy bit.

Then there are the 3 forms of ID you have to submit. Now up until this stage, if you're still enjoying life, then prepare yourself for hours of misery.

After 45 excruciating minutes of trying to scan my passport and driver's licence on 2 different devices, I gave up. Each time getting the messages "Too close" and " Move Away".

It's impossible to scan the first form of ID let alone attempt the other 2.

The other 2 forms of ID? A utility bill or bank statement, because we all get these in paper format on 2023 and a scan of your bank card which seems completely legit.

My advise to anyone thinking about using this site would be to stay well away. They're quick to take you're money but will absolutely make you skip, jump and dance to get it back.

I will be making a complaint with the Gambling Commission.

Bad company ask you for a million things to verify account and don’t even have live chat or a phone number

I'm having the same issue I deposit over a £100 and now I won £400 I'm trying to withdraw my funds it asking Me to upload my id been trying all day and it not allowing this site is a joke it easy to deposit but coming to withdraw it will not allow u

Signed up a while ago, just recently I won.
Uploaded all I’d, as requested, however wouldn’t accept my id or gas account, so had to email them, this took a week for a response. Finally all verified, made my withdrawal, from cash money not by us, as I try not to use them, as it’s a rip off for wagering. Anyway withdrawal got approved, but they ‘charged’ me £2.50, which was taken off my winnings before been deposited into my bank. Not th best for winning anything, I’ve been on far better casinos.

Can’t withdraw at all. Uploaded more then enough documents. Can’t have a conversation with any human just automated emails.

If there was an option for zero stars.. I would have chosen that. And so the saga continues for me... still waiting for my balance to be credited to my account. Have sent numerous docs as requested but to no avail. I feel now that they just want to ignore with the hope customers will just give up. We'll, I'm not giving up. As long as my heart disease doesn't cause me a problem and the stress of all this doesn't get too much.. I will keep on waiting and responding to the numerous people that have asked me for the same proof. It's exhausting to be fair. I would warn anyone off this site. Do not even attempt to play if you have a heart condition like me because if you win and hope to withdraw.... you have no chance. Probably the next step for me is the ombudsman... Mirror bingo does not care about people... so they have left me with no choice. I need that money now with the cost of everything going through the roof... but they just don't care..

Does not deserve 1 star. I deposited £20, played for a while and decided to withdraw my £20 back in the end BUT, it wants ID (which is fine) & I uploaded this. It then wanted another 5x items of proof. It wanted a picture of my bank card, my log in to British Gas, screen shots of Apple Pay & my Apple Pay ID/address. Basically absolutely everything personal. Very dangerous site, avoid at all costs. I wish I had not signed up as they have details now that I may have to change :(

Be careful! As others have stated they make it impossible to withdraw. I was determined I was having my money, jumped through the 500 hoops and constant declining of my proof of address ect. I did manage to withdraw. Alls well I thought.

2 months later I played again and won. Went to withdraw and they needed all the proof again 😩. I submitted and it was declined. Resubmitted and declined ( the same evidence that was accepted previously after doing the merry dance of re submitting) in the end I gave up and just left the £100 in my account.

My advice is choose a different site, they don’t want you to withdraw

I deposited my first £40 on the 16th played for a few hours won £100, I withdrew this but hadn’t done the ID process, so I did, drivers liscence, gas account and payment card. I emailed on 17th as my all ID apart from my payment card was verified, my card verified literally half hour after emailing, today 20th after reading all these reviews I got nervous, so I emailed today at 11am asking why my withdrawal was still pending, at 11.05 received a email saying withdrawal was processed, 11.10 it was in my bank, anyone not received withdrawals yet, maybe try sending nice msg if waiting, I wil say I never actually had anyone reply to emails they just did what I asked 😊😊.

Absolutely disgusting you win it states deposit to withdraw then keeps your money that you've deposited and your winnings and asks for ridiculous amounts of documents for verification response is so slow days at a time repeating the same thing asking for the same document even after confirmed on the site already. My wife deposited £20 over the weekend commencing 3rd March 2023, she was asked to upload some documents which I uploaded and they were rejected? Fortunately she did not need to withdraw any winnings but forfeited the bonus. The documents uploaded were a Card with the middle 8 digits covered and a Bank statement which only showed the account details at the top, but not the transactions, however all were rejected so the account is now closed. Not a nice experience if I could have left 0 Stars I would have done. Good Luck if you try it.

I’ve never known a site like this.
First joined, no issues depositing money. However, withdrawing was a joke!! Had to upload my whole life to verify before being able to get my money.
Once it was verified, won a few times and withdrew no problem.

However, after a week, I can’t withdraw again as they have to carry out some “routine checks” on my account. What the hell?!?!?

Have emailed but no response to date and over £200 sat in my account. Waiting to see what they come back with and what else they could possibly want from me!!!

I won’t leave them alone until I have my money and will take it further if needed.

I have tried to withdraw my winnings of £900 luck yet . Tried to phone them on the number they gave the wrong number emailed told me to download ID I did this not accepted I have now sent A copy of my passport

Worst site I have ever come across. Won't let you withdraw less than £50 and charge £2,50. Won't let you withdraw without uploading multiple ID and then only by phone. What about those who not phone savvy like me. Don't join this pariah site.
