The finished work product, and the careful packaging is OUTSTANDING and second to none. Their replies to e-mails (if you even get one) is sorely in need of improvement.

Due of a hiccup with the webpage, I received a call from the staff. They were courteous and apologetic. They completed the order over the phone, and I had the mirror a few days later. Awesome!

I am interior designer and am always trying to find tall bathroom mirrors. They're not easy to get just right... Mirror Lot was a great find!

I bought a full length custom sized mirror from MirrorLot as a gift for my wife. The shipping was excellent; the price was acceptable; the frame was good and accurately made. All would have been fine except for the mirror itself which looked like what I'd expect of a budget department store mirror on a teen's budget or something in a cheap hotel. Noticeable distortion, not quite like a fun house mirror but ripples in the flatness that give it a decidedly low-end impression. This is not something that you'd want in a nicely appointed room or hallway. Sent them 3 messages. No response.

Ordering was easy. Cost was fair for a custom mirror. It was so expertly packed to prevent breakage during shipping. The mirror was simply beautiful and looked amazing on my bathroom wall.

Mirror arrived totally shattered - spent over $500 and I can’t get anyone to return my call or emails after sending photos. I need a replacement.

It was so difficult to find a mirror to fit in a specific area with its space limitations. So, finding this your web site was just what I was looking for. I could get the mirror the exact size, width and length and also finished with a beautiful frame.

Being able to select a custom size table top and pre order samples of different types of wood and stain colors was awesome!! Takes extra time to go custom, but it was worth it! The table is BEAUTIFUL and the packaging that it was shipped in was 100% protective of the table! I was amazed at the care that was taken in shipping the table!! THANK YOU!!!!

I ordered two mirrors in a dark slate blue color for my refurbished bathroom. These beautiful solidly made mirrors arrived in perfect condition thanks to careful packaging. Very pleased with the quality and the relatively quick processing time.

Warning: the pictures on the website are highly inaccurate. I ordered a dark bronze frame for two mirrors and what I got was bright copper. I know computer screens are different, etc., but this wasn't even in the same ballpark. I double checked the frame number, as I thought surely they accidentally used the wrong one, but the frame number matched. MirrorLot did say I could return them, but they had to be in the original packaging and my contractor had thrown that away, so I'm stuck with having to buy new ones or reframing these at a framers, which will cost a lot. Just be sure to get samples of the frames ahead of time, and order several, because there's really no other way of knowing what you are getting. Aside from that, the frames were well-constructed and arrived on time.

The website was user friendly. The mirror was exactly what we needed. It was perfect. The quality was great.

Ordering is easy, if uncertain order a sample of the frame. For us samples match the products received spot on for all eight of our mirror purchases.

This was our third purchase from MirrorLot. This time three mirrors One full length vanity mirror at 30"x60", a gym mirror 5'x6', and a replacement for a bathroom double vanity mirror 36" x 48" shipped weight 247 lbs. Arrived in tact, zero damage which is always a concern. So far I've installed two and waiting for a little bit of help with the gym mirror just due to its size.

The Mirrorlot website is easy to use. Pick a frame style and mirror size and you're done. The mirror was delivered to our building mail room very, very well packaged in a heavy wooden crate to protect the mirror during shipping. Couldn't be happier.
