My Fourth Mirror from MirrorLot
I have purchased four mirrors from this company and have never been disappointed. All have arrived in excellent condition and are beautiful. Hardware for mounting is always included and makes it easy to install.

I received a damaged mirror.
I received a damaged mirror. Mirrorlot has replaced that damaged mirror. Customer service is as advertised. Very reliable with follow up on replacing a damaged product.

The mirror is beautiful but I was told…
The mirror is beautiful but I was told that I would be contacted to arrange delivery due to the large size. I received a shipping notice and emailed them asking for more info. I received no response and the mirror was delivered when we were away so it spent 2 days leaning against a shed in the snow. Communication is terrible.

I ordered similar mirrors 10 years ago…
I ordered similar mirrors 10 years ago and was excited to find the receipt so i could order again. This order lacked the finished quality of the previous order. The paint in the joint seams where the frame come together are missing paint (or for some reason the seams are visible). In addition for a 60” long mirror, only 2 z bar hangers is insane!! The previous mirror of the same size, had a full length bar. I had to have my husband add and drill into the mirror.
