SCAM ALERT ! THIEVES!!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN! I believe I placed my order sometime in April, & it is now almost December & the package is still “on the way”. SCAM AT ITS FINEST ! Then when I ask for a refund they say it’s non refundable..... so I’m still wondering what I paid for? Being I have yet to receive anything. This does not even deserve 1 star. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, NOR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BS.

SCAM

I never received my product it was a waist trainer , I’ve contacted the company multiple times . And have just been told give it a couple more days each time . Then on top of that customer service was very rude DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I ordered this waist trainer. I want my product or my money back.…

I ordered this waist trainer from Facebook in May 28th. It's now October 28th. I have sent email after E-mail. All they keep saying is due to covid shipping process will take up to 8 weeks. My tracking number package has not moved since I ordered it. This is horrible service. Why would you scam people like that,and continue to send us e-mails saying your package is on the way. Just be honest and say it a fruad.

Scam!!!! Don't order anything from them!!!!

I ordered on June 2nd and now it is October 6th. I still haven't received my order. Every time I email them they say that it will take longer due to Covid. I check my tracking number that they give you and the status never changes. It always says PROCESSING. Dont order from this company!!!! You will never get your product!!!!! If I could I would give them a ZERO star!!!!!

SCAM

I order my product May 25th and no product. This company is a SCAM! They send you a tracking that only says processing and it's from some place in China.

They emailed me back stating it takes 3 to 8 weeks for product. May 25th to October 2nd is more than 8 weeks.

Shady business

Shady business. I ordered a waist trainer back in may. The company produces a tracking number to provide proof that its shipped, however no progress is ever made on the status. They have a cancelation policy of 30 min. Who even does that?? Save your money and check out whywaist waist trainers. Its a legitimate site. You'll actually receive your products and their products work. Misfit you are just awful.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

My experience with this company is the exact same as all the previous reviews before mine.... I ordered a waist trainer since May 25th 2020, it is now September 24th and the last update I've received for my item was on May 26th 2020. I have messaged the company several times, at first I wasn't getting a response however when they did start responding, it would be an automated message basically blaming the delay on Covid-19, they also keep sending me the same tracking information which hasn't been updated from since May 26th. I know we're going through a pandemic however this company is not the only one faced with Covid, it doesn't take any other company over 3 months to deliver a package. I recently asked for a refund I was told that the policy I agreed to stated no refund, i also agreed to a 3-8 week delay and we're wayyyy past that now.

Bottom line do not purchase anything from this company!!!!!!

I ordered this item in may !!! It’s now 9/23/2020 !! I’ve been emailing this company for months and they keep saying it’s on the way !! They’ve lied everytime !!! When i ask about a refund they give me a 30 day refund policy but i haven’t even received the item !!! Just refund my money

I ordered back on May 28 and today is September 22 and no tummy tuck belt. They have answered my emails saying that it is on its way, but it must be coming from another planet or another galaxy. Very sad, lost around $15

I ordered a waist trainer in june and its September and I still have not recieved it. I have emailed the company numerous times and have been given excuses, apologies and them saying it is on the way, must be on the way from outerspace. Never Again!!!

Wow, after writing this review today, at around 11am a parcel finally dropped through my door, it being the waist trainer I had ordered in the middle of June😲. After reading all these comments, I was convinced that it wouldn't arrive. So there is hope people, you just might be waiting 3 months for it though. The waist trainer isn't bad either. Order at your own risk !!!

I purchased 2 waist trainer from this company in May 2020. As of today, September 5, 2020, I have not received my order. Everytime I send them a message and ask for a refund, they would say that I am too late to receive a refund. The recent lie they told was that their delivery process does not give a time frame to deliver the item. WE NEED TO COME TOGETHER AND FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

Placed a order on May 28th and still have not received a thing and here it is now September. I have emailed the company and they keeping saying "due to Covid Shipping May Take Longer and to give it a few more days... never again!! I'll just stick to Amazon they never fail me!

We Need A Class Action for this scam

Ordered back in May and to date I have never received a thing. Not an apology, product, Nothing! They used Covid-19 because we were all shut in and vulnerable to get our money knowing they were not going to ship us any products. I would like to start a class action so that this never happens again.

I think these people are using COVID 19 to scam people. Ordered in may it's been over 3 months and they keep saying due to covid 19 and they won't refund either. Fraudsters. Don't waste your money here, just go on amazon and order there, at least you'll get a refund if you don't like what you get and you will actually receive something from amazon. Misfit secret is a SCAM.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUD

Ordered from this company 5/30 never received confirm my order was shipped or anything contacted them a few weeks later they said it takes up to 8 weeks due to Covid, I waited 8 weeks and nothing updated on my order and I still didn’t receive my item I emailed them again they said because shipping goes out in bulk sometimes the tracking information doesn’t update and to give it a few more weeks! Here it is Aug 28th 3 months after I placed my order and they got paid I don’t have a product they don’t reply back to my emails and I’m out my money I really should have read reviews on this company first.

Fraud

I ordered from them May of this year and now its August and i still havnt received my products. I emailed them on numerous occasions and all they kept telling me is due to covid the shipping may take a little longer. Reading the other reveiws i see people are having the same issue. They are unethical and scamming people. Told me i cant get a refund even though its been 3 months and i still dont have my products.

SCAM 🚨

Please, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Instead report them just as I did to FTC. I purchased an item from them May, 22nd 2020. They had told me it would take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. Here it is Aug, 26th and I have yet to receive my item. I can’t tell you how many times I have emailed them just to get some bull crap message telling me to check my status updates which have been the same since I made a purchase. I asked for a refund and they said there was a 30 day policy and they couldn’t do that. I’m so mad this happened and I can’t imagine how much money they have made by scamming people. This was the first time I’ve ever been scammed and it really opened my eyes. Some people are absolutely disgusting! Please if you’re reading this go report them for fraud, I want them to get what they deserve!

I have been ripped off

I have been ripped off. I ordered the Misfit Vapor 2 back in August 3rd. By August 17 I noticed my watch hadn't arrived nor had I received any e-mails from Misfit letting me know why it was taking so long. So I decided to reach out to them instead. They replied saying I hadn't received the item because they ran out of stock. They didn't bother to send me an email to let me know. Also, in their reply they said "don't worry, you haven't been charged" Which is a lie, because I did get charged. I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement that shows i was indeed charged. They replied saying. That's a pending charge, the pending charge will be dropped after 3 days... Ummm.. no, it isn't a pending charge. My bank already released the funds for the transaction, how is that pending? Also, it hypothetically speaking, let's pretend it is a pending charge for the sake of this review.. That pending charge drop after 3 days, shouln't have been dropped exactly or around 3 days after the purchase was made back on August 3rd? Therefore that pending charge, should have been dropped long ago before me having reaching out to the company asking "where is my product?" After I explained to them it was not a pending charge, that my bank confirmed the money was already given to them. They proceeded to deny what my bank confirmed and continued to lie saying it was a pending charge. They stole my money and I never received any product and they won't apologize for the item being out of stock, nor will they refund my money. They simply continue to use the strategy of "We didn't charge you" When all evidence leads to them stealing my money.
