This is absolutely the worst company…

This is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever came across! I ordered my product on May 8th and here it is Aug and I have not relieved anything. When I reached out to them back in June they said it was 6-8 weeks wait time so I waited 9 weeks just to give them an extra week and time and still nothing then when I went to ask for my refund back they said no on the websites it states not refund. So not only did I not get what I ordered I also did not get my money back. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud! Do NOT purchase anything from them. I placed an order with them in May and have not received my product nor a refund! They claim that since its COVID it may take a while! Its ridiculous!!!!

Order from this company May 30 and have…

Order from this company May 30 and have not received any products as of today. Emailed them numerous times asking for a refund because it was passed the allotted time and the response was they couldn't refund me any money and that I needed to track the product but there was no info on the tracking. I am planning on disputing this purchase.

I never got my items that I ordered…

I never got my items that I ordered back in may. It is now August almost September. When I first asked for a refund they said I had to wait 90 days. Then after 90 days I contacted them and they wouldn’t even respond. That’s when I got PayPal involved. Only then did they respond saying that it says on their website that after you order you only have 15 minutes to have the right to a refund. After that it’s their choice and they choose not to give me one. So here I am with no merchandise and no money. Please do not order from these scam artists.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a straight up SCAM! I ordered my belt back in May. Not only have I not received my product I’ve written over a dozen emails and have gotten NO RESPONSE! They took my money and never delivered my product! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I ordered as a post partum belly belt.. never received it the 5 times I emailed I got 2 responses saying it was running late.. was NeVER able to check the tracking info.. lastnight I sent a very to the point email stating I want a refund& they claim it shipped over a month and a half ago! I have cameras & checked.. nothing was delivered!

Scam

Ordered the free trainer and paid $14 s&h. It's been well over the 9 weeks and still nothing. I have emailed and got told the trainer is still being processed. The fake tracking number no longer comes up nor does the company. It's a scam.

PLEASE FILE FTC COMPLAINT

Gave me the run around, did a little research and realized it was a scam. Spoke with my bank and they advised to file a complaint with the ftc to have them caught and shut down. They ask you to wait just past the time that they can no longer dispute the transaction. They give you a fake tracking number that shows coming from China but they bank confirmed the money is going to Alabama.

Anyone that can please file a complaint to get them shut down. I'm seeking legal advice through my legal services, not for the return of the money but the principle.

I wish I would've read these reviews before wasting my money and time. I've been waiting for a waist trainer since may 28th also like alot of the other reviewers, and have yet to receive it. I sent an email and they responded saying due to the covid 19 there was a delay it would take 3 to 8 weeks here I am 8 weeks later and still No waist trainer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT!!!!

I don’t recommend that anyone purchase anything from this company. I have ordered a waist line training. I ordered it in the end of May and yet to receive it. They have responded and said due to COVID there a delay 3-8 weeks. When l check on the status of my product it still says from May that it’s in China. You can’t even get a refund at 30 days!. What a waste of money and time. Disappointed and not a happy customer.

Shady Business

If I could give 0 I would. Don’t order! I ordered my product 2 months ago and never received it. I tried to get a refund with no avail!!! I have put a claim in through PayPal. And if you go on their social media sites you can’t comment because they know their business is shady.

Misfit has shown the worse customer…

Misfit has shown the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I was in the process of purchasing a watch and I have been charged 3 times with no order number or anything. This has been a disgrace as it shouldn't take this long to attend to a customer. I also tried calling big bro company Fossil and waited ages for somebody for nobody to answer. Very very disappointed.

BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY (WHICH IS CONNECTED .WITH A GREEN LEAVES COMPANY ON FACEBOOK OFFERING FREE SAMPLES OF GREENLEAVES CBD OIL AND A BALM).

YOU PAY A SMALL (FEW POUNDS) POSTAGE CHARGE BY CARD, YOU GET THE GOODS, AND THEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER YOU'LL FIND THAT MISFIT THEN CHARGES YOUR CARD FOR A FURTHER £134 SAYING THAT'S THE PRICE OF THE 'FREE' SAMPLES YOU RECEIVE UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WITHIN TWO WEEKS..

LIKE EVERYONE ELSE i THOUGHT 'SCAM' BUT, SURPRISINGLY, I DID GET THE EXTRA £134 BACK SO i THINK IT'S JUST 'SHARP PRACTICE' RATHER THAN AN OUT AND OUT SCAM.

Here's how i got my money back: I telephoned them on 03303 801 366 and complained politely,but firmly, about them not making it clear that the small print implies that if you don't cancel your subscription within two weeks you'll be charged the full amount for the free samples you were sent.

It took a month but to their credit Misfit actually did do the decent thing eventually repaid that extra money they'd taken.

Worst Customer Service in My LIFE!!

I really wish I can rate this company 0 star as I have never experienced such horrible handling from a company (please note that I have read some inspirational articles bout the founder and got the product referral from some of my friends). l lost my Shine because the band cannot hold it in one place at all. So I contacted the customer service team to ask how to improve that experience as I planned to rebuy the product. The customer service representative called me and insulted me as if i was deceiving them to get a brand new one for free and it was my fault for losing it. She was even in the mid of her Uber drive so she constantly yelled at me and pointed the direction to the driver at the same time. I do not understand why she did not solve my case in the office but on the street and act like a total upper class to the customer. Never thought that one day I will receive a phone call like that! Geez
