Aurore - Noir long

J'ai commandé une robe Aurore Noir M pour une fête. Elle est arrivé en taille S, alors 1 taille plus petite. Je n'ai pas eu beaucoup de temps et j'ai passé immédiatement deuxième commande Aurore Noir L. Evidemment L est 2 taille plus grand et en plus elle est arrivé avec des fils cassé. Aucune solution n'était pas proposé ni retour possible, juste de repasser les fils corset qui n'avait pas succès.

Évidement attention avec cette site !

Des voleurs

J’ai passé une commande par erreur et j’ai immédiatement demandé son annulation. Au lieu de me rembourser simplement, le site a commencé par me proposer uniquement des cartes cadeaux, ce qui n’était pas du tout ce que je voulais.

Après m’être énervée, ils m’ont finalement assuré avoir lancé un remboursement. Mais à ce jour, aucun argent n’a été recrédité sur mon compte. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails de relance : silence total de leur part.

Face à cette absence de sérieux et de transparence, j’ai dû contacter ma banque et lancer un litige (chargeback) pour tenter de récupérer mon argent.

⚠️ Je déconseille fortement ce site, qui se comporte comme de véritables voleurs.

Elle a voulu se faire rembouser mais impossible on lui propose un avoir de 50% du prix de la robe qu’elle peut garder!
Si elle renvoie la robe (aux US) avoir de 80% et si elle insiste 20% rembousé! FUYEZ cette marque (surement chinoise)
