Excellent Customer Support and Communication

I ordered a pair of heels from MissHeel and it was easy! They arrived quickly and in great shape and look gorgeous. I also received excellent customer service and communication with their customer service. Thank you very much!

absolutely terrible

I ordered a pair of red cowboy boots and when I tried them on one of them felt crooked and it caused that boot to push up against my ankle. So I emailed them about returning them and needing a return label since they were defective. The website says they will cover shipping if it is defective. They refused to send me a shipping label, they were terrible at responding to my emails, it took multiple emails in a row to get a response. I had to send pictures of the boots many times. Then since the picture couldn’t capture the defective issue that was on the inside of the boot they asked me to CUT THE BOOTS OPEN! How absolutely ridiculous. This is dangerous, nor do I have a scissors strong enough to cut through that boot material. I reported them to my bank account as a scam because they are not honoring their return policy. Do not recommend this website.

Horrible Company

This company had been advertised to me many times on Facebook, and stupidly enough I caved one day and ordered a pair of boots without looking up any reviews because I usually never have shopping experiences that I think are downright terrible. However, this company is truly terrible. I placed an order on June 28th and did not hear ANYTHING regarding my order, even two weeks out. I'm a typically patient person and understand different companies have different shipping windows, but I hadn't heard anything so after it had been two weeks I reached out to the company. At first they tried to tell me that they would send it out the next day, but I wasn't buying it so I asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. Now it's been days and they've completely ghosted me about giving me my refund. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with Missheel. It's legitimately been one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever dealt with.

Refund for Boots

I ordered a pair of boots then realized they wouldn’t be arriving on time for a function I have. I emailed to ask for a refund. Customer service quickly responded and within two days, I received a my money back.

Order the wrong style of shoes

Order the wrong style of shoes and I contacted them right away, and just like that they responded and helped send me the right pair! I love can’t wait to get my shoes 🫶🏼🫶🏼

They absolutely will not respond to you…

They absolutely will not respond to you when you want to return or exchange something. And naturally there’s no phone number to call. I plan on disputing it with my credit card. Do yourself a favor and avoid this aggravation and shop at a legit website or store.

I accidentally ordered the same two pairs of heels, and realized later. I reached out to the company and they not only responded immediately, they guaranteed my refund and provided a receipt not even an hour later. Definitely recommend and will be purchasing from them again! 10/10

Terrible service/ bad quality products for too much money/ 2 month shipping

I ordered cute shoes for a weekend celebration I had in a few weeks. After 2 week they hadn’t shipped so I messaged them and said if they weren’t going to be here on time I would like to cancel bc this is ridiculous and they hadn’t shipped yet (and I wouldn’t need them) I immediately got a shipping confirmation like an hour later if even so I guess they did that so I couldn’t cancel. Then they took 2 months to ship to me so- they arrived while I was out of town bc I had NO clue when they would be here. They wouldn’t message me back! When I got them they fit weird, horrible quality, cheaply made, (even tho they weren’t cheap). I messaged and said I want to return they said no I had to do it within a stupid amount of days and I got them while on vacation. Buy somewhere else :/

I wouldn’t even give this company one star, but I was forced to give it one for the review. This is the WORST a company to buy anything from and the customer service is beyond terrible. Do NOT order from this company, they are a legit scam. Ordered a pair of boots and immediately realized that they are based out of china and that they would not arrive in time for my trip out of town next week, as it says 30+ days for shipping hidden in their website information. I immediately contacted customer service to get them to cancel the order and explained the situation & they told me they had “ already shipped” even though the order was just placed 5 seconds ago….. they said there’s nothing I can do. Fast forward 3 weeks and the boots now say “ delivered “ except they never actually arrived. Customer service again will not refund me or do anything to help the matter. They messaged me back saying to contact my post office to let them know and to get a receipt saying there is proof I did not Indeed receive the package so that they can “ complain to the carrier” with no talk of actually refunding me my money. Trust me, save your time and order elsewhere. These people are awful.
