Walter LOVES his new couch cover, I was worried about having a new couch and a puppy and although he sneaks off sometimes, he actually prefers being on the soft cover.

Love the cozy sofa dog bed

Love the cozy sofa dog bed. The only downside of ordering Misterwoofs products is the extended wait to get the product shipped out of China. It sits in China for days after the staff diligently fills the order and sends it on it's way. I do appreciate how responsive Misterwoofs staff is.

Evie’s new chair

The couch protector arrived today. It’s just as described and the small size is just the right size for cocker spaniel. It’s like a comfy dressing gown fabric and when she’s got over the novelty, I’m sure she will settle down and sleep in it.

Misterwoofs is a scam.

This is the worst company ever. Do not do business with them. They said my order for two dog chair protectors were shipped and received. I did not receive the order. After multiple unanswered emails to them, I worked directly with PayPal. They found that this company is a scam (they use fake shipping and tracking info). PayPal has refunded my money. I have turned Misterwoofs into the Better Business Bureau and they are now on PayPal’s hot list to not do business with.

I ordered a couch protector and my pup…

I ordered a couch protector and my pup loved it. He managed to bite thru a small area but no worries. When I reached out to mister woofs they sent me a replacement and checked to see if I received it. Customer service has been wonderful. I ordered a protector as a gift and their pup loves it too.

Protect from the Protector

I purchased these "couch protectors" to protect our white leather couch. The dogs love them; however, they leave an indelible imprint on the leather! Now I need to protect the couch from the protector!! The only reason I give it two starts is that the dogs love them.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Tried several times to contact the company regarding an issue and all I get is an auto reply email saying I’ve contacted them off hours. No matter what time of day it is. I have not heard back from any representative at all. Terrible terrible business!

I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order. I ordered at the end of December. I am having trouble finding contact info. It just directs me to tracking. The tracking shows that it hasn’t moved location for at least a week! I am thinking about a refund at this point.

Purchased on 11/16 and still have not…

Purchased on 11/16 and still have not received my nearly $200 order. I have emailed them repeatedly and gotten the same response “we are a small company and got overwhelmed.” I asked that my money be refunded if I did not receive by a certain date. They ignored me. The online tracking is either fake or a joke, not sure which? But the product came directly from China and was all over China for nearly 2 weeks. Think I will be calling the Better Business Bureau this week.
