Wish I'd checked here first before ordering. Item arrived without the pre drilled holes to attach the feet. Contacted them within 30mins of delivery too! Now it's been more than a week without any contact from Customer Services. I knew something was up when the box arrived already having been opened and taped up again. Clearly it's been previously returned due to the fault and just bumped right back into circulation. How they are allowed to continue business is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH

Hi, I bought a wardrobe from them through Debenhams. The wardrobe I ordered was a sliding doors, 250x217x60 cm, 3 drawers, changing clothes section with few shelves. The wardrobe I've received is 250x200x60, No drawers, 1 small section for hanging clothes. In the middle of assembling I noticed there isn't any wardrobe, I contacted them they assured me the drawers is in the boxes, after it was fully assembled there wasn't any drawers, the wardrobe I've received is a totally different wardrobe, very cheap quality, absolutely rubbish. I called them for refund they said its fully assembled so they can't do anything about it and it's not their fault that the wardrobe is different it's supplier's fault to give them wrong details. They offered me refund of £100, for 3 weeks they said that £100 refund was issued, I waited but no refund when I asked about it, simply they said a usual its not their fault, it's Debenhams fault.
I opened a dispute on PayPal they said return the wardrobe on my own cost for full refund, I contacted few shipping company, the quote was £1270. No one in right mind would pay that much for refund of £619.
Flush your money down the toilet but don't buy anything from them Directly or through Debenhams.

Terrible company please do not buy

Terrible company please do not buy. I bought through Amazon didn't arrive when stated, They give you tracking but if put in google this is a council house in Leeds. I asked for a refund then decided it was coming next day. I have had to go to credit card to do chargeback. Amazon are well aware of them and investigating.
Please do not buy from these people, tried to delivery at 10.30pm after I told them No. Frightened my daughter as she was in bed. Rang me and I told them we had cancelled due to the messing about. I think them and the delivery company are in it together. Next day tried to forge my signature and take a photo claiming to be at my house, but clearly there office. Luckily I bought through Amazon and they have refunded.
If you have a ongoing issue with please take to trading standards as they are aware of this company.

Fraud

Placed an order, got no order confirmation email, they kept saying they would send it and then also of confirmation of order cancellation
I’ve contacted 3 times they said the order was cancelled as they didn’t want to deliver to Northern Ireland.
I still have not received a refund and will now be reporting them.

Beware they also own sliderobes4U

Took money but nothing delivered

Bought a wardrobe from mn furniture through debenhams and never got the wardrobe, tried to contact both but no answer to emails, phone, etc we got the 3 worst companies ever debenhams, mn furniture and express courier network all terrible reviews and apparently somewhere down the line is a thief that took our money and wardrobe.

Missing Items, Misdescribed and Fecal Matter

MN Furniture are the WORST company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've never written a negative review before, but want to give anyone else the opportunity to avoid this company.

The furniture arrived with missing parts, not inline with the description or photos and packaging covered in excrement! Despite this, MN Furniture would not accept a return for a full refund, even wanting to charge for replacement packaging. The packaging that they delivered as a health hazard into the home of my pregnant wife.

We purchased the furniture in July and have finally received a refund in December after tens of phone calls, emails and letters. MN Furniture never agreed to a full refund and we only received back the funds after submitting a section 75 to the credit provider, who found the case in our favour.

I would give this unscrupulous company 0. A year ago I purchased 2 bunk beds... on receipt the quality was the poorest ever seen.
They gave me a part refund after complaining. But 7 months later as suspected, they started to fall apart. I contacted them and there was no will to resolve. I have since disposed the.

What a waste of time avoid at all cost if you are looking to buy anything from them . You get told the item is out for delivery then it’s not then it’s coming the day after then it doesn’t arrive and then the courier says it’s lost how do you lose wardrobe

AVOID

AVOID - Delivery Driver smashed off the light outside my house, I had put the light on for him as it was 7.40pm so he could see. He apologised and I wrote on the delivery paperwork what happened. Company totally uninterested, send us pics, send us videos, sent everything requested but don't reply to messages.

I purchased a wardrobe from this…

I purchased a wardrobe from this company in good faith, but the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When I opened the first package, I found several damaged parts. I opened the second package only to discover even more damage.

I contacted the company immediately to request that the wardrobe be collected and that I receive a full refund. They agreed to collect the item — which they now have — but I still have not received my refund.

To make matters worse, they have claimed that I caused the damage myself, which is completely untrue. The items were damaged straight out of the box. Their handling of this matter has been unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am now left out of pocket and without the product. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

Merida wardrobe

We ordered the Merida wardrobe and were concerned when we read the reviews. It took a little longer than expected to get delivered but overall communication was good and I’m really pleased with our wardrobe. Easy to assemble and no issues.

Very Poor Customer Service and Damaged Item

Item came damaged so tried to return, but instead was accused of damaging it trying to assemble. I only opened the one box since it was damaged. They asked to video call and show them me opening the other boxes. I have never had any company request this??? I did comply to try get this resolved but all 'Sammy' had to say is how great their wardrobes are and how amazing their packing is so it CAN'T have come damaged?
'Sammy' ended up resending the damaged pieces but wouldn't except a return.
Why would I want to keep something that can damage so easily and they believe can never be damaged?

Don't buy from this company if you value your time and money.

Super Purchase!

I am a very satisfied customer of this company in May 2025. The negative reviews have surprised me because my experience has been the complete opposite.
I ordered a good looking wardrobe online and even received a discount code from the live chat when making enquiries; so it started off very well and I am pleased to say, it only got better. A.
Within 24 hours, I received both a confirmation email as well as a text and phone call confirming my order and that delivery would be the following day...Wow!
The A. guys that delivered, called when nearby and even took the 5 heavily boxed-flat pack items up the stairs, which was really appreciated during assembly.
The wardrobe itself was very well packed and had no damage whatsoever. The only issue I had was with the 'universal' instruction booklet which could have been better. However, the after sales guy Sami (whose number was provided on the confirmation text I mentioned at the start) addressed and helped me sort any issues I experienced when assembling the wardrobe.
The wardrobe itself is excellent value for money and is just as good if not better than what could have been built in by a company specializing in custom fit wardrobes.
Overall I am very impressed with the whole experience together with the quality of the item for the price I paid.

I will look forward to buying from you again in the future. I.

*DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE* Thieves. Luckily only ordered a £35 furniture cleaner but they haven’t sent it and despite ignoring my calls after I was promised a refund, I’ve heard nothing. I’ll pop round their premises as they are local and hold the manager upside down for my refund from his own pockets. I strongly advise that nobody orders from this company. They can’t even refund £35.

Good news

I must say, having ordered items before reading any reviews, I was a bit disappointed after 10 days not to receive any information regarding delivery times or dates. Then I read some reviews about items not being delivered, or arriving damaged and a lack of communication either by email or telephone. To be fair there were some positive reviews too.

After sending a couple of emails (without any reply) I phoned the company. The man that answered the phone was polite, helpful and explained that they had been waiting for one item to come into the warehouse. This sounded like it was going the way of some of the negative reviews I’d seen. He did say that the item had arrived that day and that a colleague would be in touch about delivery. Sure enough I received an email stating that the item could be delivered the following day, and indeed it did arrive, delivered by a very polite and helpful driver, just a little bit later than the arranged time (I was sent an email to say he was running late which was appreciated), but bearing in mind he had driven from Essex to Hampshire, there can’t be any complaint. Certainly, in my case, the service was very good and communication (after the phone call) very helpful. Well done and thank you to all staff involved.

They aren’t just bad, they're scammers

They aren’t just bad, they’re scammers and we have evidence. We ordered a wardrobe and it wasn’t what we expected so we asked for a return and that’s when the games began.

Eventually, they agreed to a refund apart from £80 to return it - and £20 for damaging the boxes we opened. After weeks of chasing, they finally arranged to collect, but simply gave us a day - between 10am and 10pm. And we stayed in all day waiting for them. They never came and when we called them the next day, they said, to our face, that they came and we refused collection. Bizarre. That was when I got Amazon involved and they arranged for another collection on Saturday with a courier called OnTime. We read the Trust Pilot reviews for the courier (see for yourself) and we knew it wouldn’t be good, which is why we documented everything. The courier came and we videoed everything, the loading, the conversation, the collection note etc. and off they went.

Anyway, on the Monday, MN Furniture said they hadn’t got it. And the courier had updated the tracking saying we had refused collection again and that it had failed. However, we had evidence that this wasn’t the case, which we sent to Amazon for our claim. MN Furniture called us several times and messaged us to say they’d give us a refund if we removed our negative review of them. Ontime Couriers even admitted via text that they had it in their warehouse and it needed to be checked, but they could only correct the tracking information if we withdrew our claim from Amazon. Even when given the evidence of collection, their reply was ‘you can’t prove that’s OnTime’ even though we had a text from them confirming it was OnTime and confirming they had it, asking us to withdraw the claim.

We did get our refund… through Amazon, not the comp itself and now they are backtracking saying sorry, it was all a big mistake on their end, even though the truth is much more sinister.

If you do ever go through the process with them, document everything…. Messages, videos, everything. They’ve been taken to court before because of this and it will probably happen again. The only reason they’re avoiding it this time is because Amazon stepped in to give us our refund.

Please stay well clear of this company…

Please stay well clear of this company - they are nothing more than thieves, cheats and scammers. The products are of low quality and as soon as you request a return or refund, the problems begin. They use all sorts of tactics to complicate and delay the process, even going so far as to claim they never received the item you sent back. If you do decide to purchase from them then please make sure you document everything. The courier they use "On-time Couriers.co.uk are also a part of the group and are in on the scam. They also operate on Amazon and under different names such as The Modern Furniture, MN Furniture, Sliding Doors etc. We have started the process of reporting them to the police and will be taking them through the legal system.

Terrible

Terrible. I cancelled my order within 12 hours of placing it. I've been chasing every day for a refund. It's been over 2 weeks. It's actually making me ill now as it was a lot of money.
