Very helpful in organising and delivering a chair for my grandfather in a nursing home. They set up and showed him how to use it and he loves the chair. It’s been life changing for him.

My chair was promptly delivered to me in February this year. I was most impressed with the customer service i received during the ordering process and a big thank you to the kind gentleman who delivered my chair and set it all up for me.

Extremely poor customer service. Never responding to phone calls. From time of placing order to time of delivery incredibly long with no follow up as to why the delay. I definitely will not be using the online service that is for sure.

Unfortunately this product (Coccyx Cushion) is not at all comfortable for me. It might suit others. I have lost a lot of weight and it is uncomfortable for me to sit anywhere for long. I thought this product might help, but it doesn’t. You win some and lose some. This is a loss for me. However, it certainly looks to be a quality product and I don’t want to bag it, or the company, because it’s not right for me.

I have been so delighted with my WHILL electric chair that I decided to purchase a second WHILL C2. One thought was what would I do without it. I’ve recommended it to so many people who take an interest in it. This latest purchase was delivered just.4 days after I paid for it. This was also just before Christmas. A challenging time for most businesses. I realised that it hadn’t come with its remote key. I contacted the service department and they have been prompt in their response. It will get sorted out.
If there is a concern I initially I found the delivery of spare parts to be slow. It took 4 months for my spare battery to come. But recent experiences seem to be better.

I purchased some support products for my mother who had just had a stroke and needed specific medical items to return home after an extensive 3 month hospital and rehabilitation stay. I ordered a cushion ($500) and several other smaller items. I ordered these items on the 25-9-2023. They have still not arrived (09-01-2024). I have repeatedly rung and emailed them to query arrival dates as my mother requires the ordered items for her ongoing care. When I ring, I receive an automated response telling me to leave a message or email them (I have done both of these actions a number of times). Their site allows you to contact them by phone, which then gives you the automated message, which then perpetuates the cycle of unanswered messages or emails. I have honestly never come across a situation like this before. I am beginning to think their site is bogus. I am currently seeking legal action to know which way to approach this further.

Online price was excellent, quick, informative responses to pre-purchase questions, delivered for free and item is fantastic

Really poor service.
I have had the money taken out of my account and have had no update on a delivery.
I have tried calling and email twice and still no response.
It’s really upsetting that these items are considered urgent for the care of my grandmother and there has been no urgency on their end.

I purchased a Sheepskin Hi Temp Medical Overlay, as I have pressure sores on my feet. The sheepskin provided by Mobility HQ is excellent in providing cushioning for my feet enabling me to get a better nights rest.

P.s. The product would be even better if there were a strap to stop the sheepskin from moving in the night. To remedy this, I tuck the sheepskin into the mattress base. Hope this helps.

About a month ago I purchased an adjustable Bed Grab Rail for my wife (N47892). The money left my account but the item never arrived. I have not been kept up to date with the causes of any delays. And now you want me to leave a review of the purchasing process - oh dear! What can I say, based on my experience others would be well advised to look elsewhere.

I only use the chair for one day I would like to sell it as soon as possible. Would you be interested in buying it back at a reduced price as I’m having trouble selling it privately?

simple and straight forward purchase. delivery was easy and fast, even as I was notified I had to wait for stock to come in. Will use again. Faster than some of my local distributors.
