I had the scan for piece of mind and the scan took about an hour and was painless. The practice and practitioner was professional and after the scan I spoke to a Dr who walked me through the report and suggested next steps.
Communication was great
Communication was great. People were helpful when I couldn’t find the place and sorting out how to get the info online.

The booking process was professional and informative. Staff on the day were great. Followthrough was quick and informative that has allowed me to take this information and move forward with my own GP. If you are in you 50s, can afford it, then a full body MRI is an important tool for early detection.
Incredible peace of mind, and fantastic service
The entire process with OneMRI has been fantastic. From the initial consult, booking service and scans, and then review with the Dr have been fantastic. Providing peace of mind and a plan for prevention, I highly recommend OneMRI.
Good experience with company
Good experience with company. Everything made easy. Dr went over report thoroughly and sent to my email. I will be doing this yearly. I need to have my kidneys followed up and spinal issues.

Onemri is very misleadng.It will leave you with a sense of false hope .Gaia? Or Kaia? I believe I was speaking with will advise you this is not a full body mri service on offer which would detect any issues/preventative head to toe.It is simply a mri from the head to the thigh only. Their website clearly needs to outline what their service offers.There is very little of any fine print if you shall call it listed on their website.I had expected that the 15 minute phone consult prior to my $3000 online onemri scan I had booked in would be exactly that a full body mri head to toe to get to the bottom of some elevated blood tests that are not providing my gp with any answers or the inflammation/odema bone & joint problems being experienced throughout my body .Too bad if you wanted to ensure you as a preventative measure there is no bone cancer,breast cancer ,ovarian cancer /leukemia etc in your body .Onemri is not the service that will give you any of these answers as their onemri scan is not a full body head to toe mri .It is head to thigh only!
How about you advise your potential clients who look on your website what the service actually involves. As you wasted my valuable time today on the phone with you .
In what I thought was a 15 minute phone consult to go through the mri patient safety questionnaires .
I do not want anyone else to have to go through a sense of false hope.
Their website however does state when you pay the deposit for the scan .That onemri is not responsible for ensuring you receive a written report for the scan afterwards.
Really ? I believe you are responsible once a client has paid $3000 for what I have now been advised is a partial body mri not a full body mri .
You are rightfully responsible for ensuring the patient has received the mri report via email.

MRI full body scan - customer service and consultation.
The customer service and consultation from start to finish was excellent.
All people involved were very good and attentive and nothing was a problem.
If you had any questions, they responded in a timely manner. Overall, very good.
An interesting experience, shame it is not cheaper so more can afford
Where there is an issue more explanation would be interesting as would the probability of it occurring and the consequences.
Exceeded expectations
Very seamless the whole way through, the team was accommodating, helpful, and friendly. When I called/texted they would always answer very quickly, everything was very clearly explained and felt very well thought out. I reached out for a copy of the images afterwards and they had them sent through within an hour. I felt very supported the whole time, and they were very thorough and patient with any questions I had, whenever I had them - I wish healthcare teams everywhere were like this. The radiology practice they refer to for the MRI is also very nice, OneMRI is clearly committed to making the experience/process as smooth and comfortable as possible. 10/10, I can't think of anything I would recommend to improve on.
