Order did not arrive
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered items (via B&Q) which did not arrive on the given delivery date and still did not arrive a week later. Moderix did not respond to messages enquiring about the missing items and no-one answered the phone when I tried to call them. Very disappointing and now a refund is required.

Zero rating for Moderix
I have never received the goods I ordered on 28th January and have never received any reply to my attempts to contact Moderix.
Twice now they have invited me to rate them on Trustpilot but I can't give them anything other than a negative review until I receive the items I have paid for.

I haven't received my order
I haven't received my order, or had any communication from the company since placing the order. I tried calling customer service numerous times, no answer, left multiple messages. I have also emailed and had no response!

Don't buy products via B&Q from this…
Don't buy products via B&Q from this seller! Missing delivery within delivery window doesn't respond to messages and phone numbers don't work so you can't even chase it up. B&Q don't seem to care either

No response from customer service
Emailed about discolouration of one of three shelves I bought. They responded and asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then radio silence. Ignored all my calls and emails, no way to speak to anyone. Shame because shelves are nice but not great if you have a query/question/problem.

Shelf Via B&Q as they use 3rd Parties
Ordered via B&Q a shelf. Should have been delivered on the 28th of Jan. Its now the 5th of Feb and still nothing received. No communication from either Moderix or B&Q.
