Bought a bed for my daughter. The driver was not confident to drive up our lane (which has had many deliveries and large vehicles drive down very recently), so we had to walk down the lane and carry the bed to our house. I provided instructions in my order about the driveway. The bed itself came with no instructions on how to put it together, it was also extremely flimsy. Made with cheap pine material which means it will break very easily. I am very disappointed.

I want to add that I had an email from Modern Beds offering me money to withdraw my review. Needless to say I declined the offer of cash, I said that it would be better to have a better bed than take their money to provide new customers with a false review.

Great communication, awful service!

Ordered a bed last year around August 2020. Had to chase up when the bed would be delivered, then was told my bed was damaged during transport; had to wait another 2/3 weeks. The bed was delivered whilst I was at work. Came home the bed has was there not the headboard. Emailed them again asked where my headboard was; was promised they send one out, I asked for W full refund and her to be collected if the headboard didn’t arrive within a certain date, I was told they thought the hardboard has been delivered and apologised. March 2021 I’m still waiting for the headboard. Definitely wouldn’t buy from this company ever again!

Bought a purple divan base king size bed for me and my boyfriend. Quality of the bed is so much better than I expected it to be for such a decent price. We bought the bronze ortho mattress and it's honestly the most comfiest mattress I've ever slept on. I have very bad back problems and usually I wake up really stiff in the mornings but I've noticed since sleeping on the bronze ortho mattress I've started to be less stiff and in less pain. Honestly would recommend these beds for their amazing quality and even better prices!

I ordered a single bed for my son and he is delighted with it. It is well made and very stylish. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a double bed for my daughter. Customer service was great, kept informed of progress all the way. Bed was easy to assemble, finished to a high quality and extremely comfortable. Will be ordering another bed as such a good product and service.

I have just ordered a headboard on my own - for the first time! Thought I had all the details right and waited for the delivery. Prior to that happening the handyman came by and realised that I had made a huge mistake with the measurments and it would never fit. Panic as the headboard was on its way. An email fo Modern beds brought a swift, understanding reply and all was resolved. Very fair and I would definitely reccommend them for their excellent customer service. Thank You Modern Beds team. Very Happy now.

Where do I start . 1- bed took over the estimated time for delivery 2- when got it unwrapped find out they sent the wrong head board ,wrong size and wrong design. Witch I paid more for. Now they did say sorry and they would get it sorted and a replacement would be with me in 2 weeks it’s now 3 and half weeks later and still no replacement. Every time I ring they tell me the same story... still awaiting for a call back from the management..

East to assemble reasonably quick delivery. Bed started squeaking after one week.

Bed looks beautiful, done well as far as I can see. Delivered on time, communication about delivery great too.
Really easy to assemble and veeeeery comfortable 👌
The only thing I would change is the way two parts are connected. This small plastic clips allow beds parts to move a bit- very tiny detail.
Apart from this all really great 😊

Ordered a divan bed with headboard and mattress for my daughter. Found the website easy to use, showing the different colour options available. Bed arrived on time and was fairly easy to assemble. Looks great and my daughter is very pleased with it. Comfy too.

Amazing quality for the price. The only fault is it come a bit torn and when I told the company, they offered to resolve it, but it was minor so I did not feel the need to continue. Fast delivery and really nice company. Currently saving to use them for my children's bed.

Given the current circumstances the bed was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful. Having read some of the latest reviews people need to have a bit more understanding given what is happening.

Waited a total of 7 days for my bed, its super comfy and looks amazing! 100% worth the price I paid for it. Personally I had great customer service when interacting with the team and the delivery process was seamless. Understand right now its a crazy time we live in, suppliers will have delays and delivery issues can arise, do everything possible when placing your order, double, triple quadruple check your order info to avoid this, would highly recommend!

Poor communication. Got fed up of chasing for a delivery date after nearly 20 working days (4 weeks).
They don't provide tracking, resulted in having a refund issued, after which they decided they had a delivery date for the day after.....apparently.
I would advise anybody thinking of purchasing a bed to avoid and save yourself the aggravation.

Bed is nice and sturdy and pretty the only thing I can fault is the mattress is bigger than the bed base and because of this it covers most of the headboard such a shame but overall okay 👍

Great value! Their range is very good and has everything I was looking for. The delivery and communication was faultless. Due to the pandemic I had to build the bed myself which did take me longer than expected due to no instructions with the bed. However I appreciate that they probably usually build it for you so instructions may have not been added during the packaging process. Despite this I’m very happy with the quality of both the frame and the mattress.
