Bed looks lovely and the mattress is comfy. Delivered within days of ordering and put together by the delivery men for me. I will buy another Bed from this company again.

Fast delivery and quick service. Product came as expected, easy to install and no issues.

Not the easiest company to deal with in terms of communication. Bed order said 7-10 days. I chased it up after a couple of weeks leaving messages and emails. I then received a text to say it would be delivered that day so not a great deal of notice. The bed was very heavy and well made however the base didn’t fit. Several Whatsapp messages, videos sent and calls made over a week and then received a text to say they were coming that day. They found that the brackets needed replaced to make the base fit which they did and now thankfully it’s all sorted.

Bed is well made and looks amazing! Quality is unreal and is very sturdy and easy to assemble.

I ordered a bed and it met my expectations. The structure is sturdy and the Quality of parts is good. It fit the room perfectly. Delivery was friendly. I would recommend.

Will update once we actually receive the order for quality etc but honestly would stay clear of this company. We thought we would be safe due to how many Instagram following they have which I now don’t think is a reflection of their appalling customer service. Been over a month waiting for an order which should have arrived in 7 days. Vague customer service with slow replies. Safe to say they have lost a customer in me.

Delivering the product to my address was on time. So impessed with the product, the mounting instruction were clearly explicit. It was so easy for me to mount and the illuminating lights are fantastic.
Overall, i am really impressed with the choice of the product i got.

So happy with our bed. I was looking for months as I’m fussy and didn’t want the bed to look cheap. SofaHaus answered my many questions and kept me up to date with delivery. Was also delivered within the timeframe. Very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend

If the review was just for the bed quality this would be a 5 star for the bed but as they are very busy the communication is sometimes slow and is reason for a 4 star and not the max 5.

If your happy to be flexible with the delivery and accept delays knowing the quality of the bed then it is 100% worth it.

The bed does not disappoint, i would also recommend to pay the extra for assembly as they did a great job, nice and clean and quick.

shoes were taken off without asking, they made me aware they couldnt take away the packaging before hand so i knew what was going to happen.

communication is the only downside pre delivery but the bed quality outweighs that in my opinion.

Absolutely stunning bed which is so well made. Bed arrived within the 10 working days. We also paid for assembly where the men were extremely respectful of the property and both took their shoes off before taking the bed upstairs. If you are considering purchasing from this company don’t hesitate. I will definitely be buying from them again as I said the bed is so well made and real value for money.

We ordered a bed with TV, it’s so nice and looks lovely in our bedroom. The delivery men was so polite and helpful bringing the bed in. Very good service.

The bed is excellent quality and I am so happy with it, exactly as describe it would be and super quality!
I was worried about delivery as I didn’t seem to get an update as time went on, but I reached out and they got back to me and delivered in the time frame as stated.

I ordered a bed but forgot to select which ottoman I wanted. Nobody called me, they just left it for over 2 weeks until I chased it after no bed arrived. Then I heard nothing until I chased again and was told it was coming the week after. Then I get a text the night before saying they are delivering my 8yr olds bed between 9-10pm on Sat night! Anyway I said no, they came earlier and my daughter likes the bed. Delivery driver refused to take away the packaging.

Would highly recommend Sofa Haus. Very responsive on instagram before ordering, samples were quick & stunning materials. Needed bed amending to fit & everything was carried out and delivered.

Got three bed, great quality love them.

We ordered a large corner sofa. We love the aesthetic and received many compliments. Delivery took slightly longer than advertised but overall we are happy.
