If I have to travel with suits I use MG’ wheeled duffel.

Bought 3 wheeled duffle bags as Christmas gifts. One had a broken side zipper. No response from modern gentleman.com...

I had purchased previously as a gift for a relative. Wanted one for myself to use for day trips. Product as advertised, takes a little breaking in. Great value. Would recommend.

One of the large compression cubes ripped when unzipping for the first time.

Excellent service, timely delivery and excellent product -I have two duffle travel bags.

Got it on time, as described. Love the bag. Used it for two weddings already, and it is holding up well. Flew as carryon, but was recommended for free check in with one flight due to being full.

The zipper does not work well. Refund process is extremely slow. Returned the item on April 23rd, and USPS documented delivery on April 28th. I am still waiting for refund after three weeks!

Great product. I used for a business trip and was perfect for my needs. I arrived with my suit in excellent condition. Also had more than enough room for all my other items.

The zipper busted/broke after one trip.

Zipper on the side kept coming apart. I almost lost my hygiene bag and other clothing during the trip. This would have been disastrous. I would not recommend this bag to anyone.

I ordered my item via priority mail. It’s been over a month and it still hasn’t arrived. I can’t even get any tracking information. I’ve sent several emails to your service department and still haven’t gotten it resolved. I can’t recommend this brand

I just used the bag for a day trip that required an outfit change. I was able to pack myself, husband’s dress shirt, and our two daughters all into the one bag, husband had his own duffle of toiletries and his necessities.

I truly love this bag, I've got several weddings to attend. And will get me that carry on life I really want. 😂

Customer service is awful. No phone number is available, only through email and website. I am trying to return/ exchange an item ( unused and within the 30 day window) and am being slow walked in the hopes that I’ll give up.

Service was overall great. Easy to navigate website and purchase. Star taken off as shipper was weird and gave a bit of a runaround on the product. Going from warehouse to processing center a state over. Then to a second processing center half way across the country then to my actual state. Then spent a week “transferred to local post office” I know it’s a third party shipper but all reviews for shipper say the same. Could pick a better vendor.

packaging, online reviews, youtube reviews, true to description, material, outfits room, shoe room, accessories, airline carry-on issues non …..all true an outstanding! and I am 6 ft 4 in 300 Ibs

Slow order processing and shipping. Still waiting for return authorization for more than a week.
Could take action on shipping and response time for customer service could be benefit with 24 hour response rather than no response. Makes one wonder and certainly makes it a less than favorable experience
