You know the saying knowledge is power? Well sometimes knowledge is anxiety and kinda useless. I did this test on a whim and got a VERY troubling result. Now, after two healthy children and no issues getting pregnant I wish I had never taken it. If you are worried go to a medical professional who can talk through things. This test gives you raw numbers that might not mean anything for your fertility. It was such a mistake and caused me so much worry for nothing.

I was looking a way to get my hormones tested without spending so much with the doctors , since fertility is not covered by insurance. Thought would a good ideia to get a home test and ordered the modern fertility. I followed the rules but it ended up that I did not get the blood to fill up the cards. It was not easy at all! After 20 minutes and 3 fingers pinched , did not get even a card. I jumped , did what they said and got really frustrated! After trying hard, I was late for work and had to leave it !I though it was an easier way of being tested and it was not for me at all. I would like a refund to think that maybe it was my experience that went wrong and they are honest enough to return what I spent since I did nt. succeed.

If I could give less than one star I would. I took my first fertility test from them in May. My results came back so out of whack they re-sent a second test. I assumed they would do a recheck of the entire labs since there were a total of 4 not being in the normal range. Instead all they re-checked was my TSH that I knew was fine because I had just had it checked and I take medicine for it daily. The actual hormones that really matter weren’t re-tested. I reached out to customer service and was told 3 separate times that they only re-check lab values that are off. I explained to her that they weren’t all rechecked and she continued to send me back cookie cutter responses that indicated to me she didn’t even read my emails. After the third one I reached out to BBB who after trying to contact the company for a month informed me they never got a response. I’m an ICU nurse and if a patient of mine has values come back that are not their normal, I recheck them all. If one lab is wrong you have to assume they all are. Modern fertility refused to issue a refund or do a complete retest so I’m out $180 and still do not have the answers I was looking for.

They have an offshoot called Modern Fertility + Ro that offers birth control. I had a prescription for a generic equivalent of Yaz. This medication did wonders to treat my debilitating PMDD and periods. Everything was going well until they refused to ship me pills on time. Now, I am facing a 2 week gap in treatment. When I complained, Modern Fertility/Ro passive aggressively canceled my treatment without even notifying me. So now the new the pills won't even be sent in March.
Please avoid this wreckless and destructive company. They need a baby box at their office so that the patients they screw over can leave them the results.

They do not disclose what the testing process looks like until after you place your order, and the company does not accept refunds. Their fertility test requires you to puncture your finger and slowly bleed out on a sheet of paper for 10 minutes until the liquid bleeds out over the testing line. If your finger stops bleeding, they want you to jump around and puncture another finger. For those of us with medical conditions that prevent us from doing this- this is something I would have liked to know BEFORE placing my order. I paid $130 for emotional turmoil and I am furious about it.

This was a positive transaction with good communication and fast shipping from this retailer. Order confirmation was received almost immediately after placing the order and the tracking information was sent two days later. The shipping window was 4-7 days and the receipt date fell within that range, arriving just 5 days after placing the order.

The pregnancy test kit was discreetly packaged in a padded envelope and contained 4 sealed test sticks with an instruction brochure. The test was easy to use and, in my case, accurate (I am not pregnant thankfully!).

The overall experience was very good, and this retailer seems reputable with a good quality product. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
