I had ordered 2 shell shaped pink velvet chairs, but due to the pandemic deliveries were quite delayed, I contacted Modern Home interiors and spoke to Usman and he explained what was happening and nothing was to much bother for him, the customer service was excellent and they even price matched the chairs for me due to the inconvenience. I am very happy with the service I have received and also the cherry on the cake is that the chairs are super comfy and very expensive feeling. Thanks again guys for your help and I will definitely be purchasing furniture again in the future.

Great service from this company. Wanted to buy a console table and needed it quick. Even though the item stated 2 weeks delivery I called the company and asked them if they could get one sooner. Paid for it that day and was delivered to me with a few days. Can't get better than that.

We ordered 6 x black chairs and waited and waited - we were then contacted to let us know the chairs were not available due to delays out of their control. We were given the chance to swap the order to silver chairs as these were in stock. Several weeks later I complained about the delay, to be fair the straight away responded and said they were being shipped and the courier company would be in touch by the weekend.
The courier company did not contact me - several emails and threats to cancel my order resulted with them finally arriving.
So the one star is the appalling service from the courier company and the delays in receiving goods that were apparently in stock.
The chairs are quite nice but spoiled by the length of time waiting for them.

Great product and sales process, but the best thing about Modern Home Interiors is the aftersales service - which has been truly excellent!

Bed arrived as advertised and reasonably quickly.

The service was excellent, my bed was initially out of stock but they updated me with phone calls about new stock and delivery dates and when the delivery company let us both down, Modern Home Interiors sorted it in record time, very professional.
The bed we purchased is lovely, easy to put together and looks great, couldn't be more impressed.

Purchased a new 3 & 2 seater sofa recently. Due to Covid and no showrooms open took a gamble and purchased from modern interiors without having seen it or sat on it. Not something I’ve ever done before. 3 seater was in stock but have to wait 8 weeks for the 2 seater. Was the cheapest on the internet for the sofa and have already received the 3 seater. I was only charged one shipping fee even though it is being sent in two separate deliveries. I live in Belfast too so this means shipping from the uk. Sofa was above our expectations and looking forward to receiving the 2 seater. Great customer service and communication throughout by both email and phone. Can’t recommend enough.

I received my aria pink shell chair today and I absolutely love it! It looks great in my new dressing room! This was a pre order so when I ordered this I wasn’t sure on what date to expect it but I was kept up to date throughout. The customer service was great and I always got a reply very quickly! I would definitely recommend!

New velvet sofa is outstanding, amazing quality, ties the room together.
Usman kept me update with the delivery, sent the tracking number when it was dispatched etc.
All round great experience and customer service.

The marble tables themselves are beautiful. The top and bottom are marble but the middle bit isn’t; however, it blends it extremely well and doesn’t detract from the aesthetic appeal. I did have to wait longer than I thought but perhaps that is to be expected given the current situation.
