We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the product and quality and whilst we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, we would like to add that the delivery time is listed only on this particular item as 7-14 working days, which was available to see before purchasing.
Most in-stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days. However certain items may be slightly longer, and if so are stated on the product pages accordingly. We have various warehouses in the UK holding stock and the delivery time will vary depending on where the goods are sent from.
We can also offer express or quicker shipping on select products if required sooner, if this is something any customer is interested in please contact us and we can definitely look to arrange a suitable shipping timeframe for you.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, responsive and helpful. Had to wait a bit longer than expected as items that were showing in stock on line in fact weren’t but was dealt with well and items were then delivered before the date given. Very good company to deal with.

Dining table and chairs
Ordered my table and chairs form here. Emailed asking a question about delivery and got a quick response. Also got a phone call to organise delivery and the delivery guys were helpful and brought it in as it was heavy. They also phoned on the day with a time slot. Would recommend.
