This is my dream couch
This is my dream couch. The color is perfect and the seating is wide and deep. The pillows can be moved around for comfort and it is the feathers create the perfect feel! Many other couches on the market appear to be sufficient, but in actuality are hard and small. This couch is oversized and so comfortable. I am 100% thrilled and will be for years to come!

I ordered these chairs because of how nice they look, I was pleasantly surprised that they are extremely comfortable! I ordered white, but found out it was back ordered, so I changed to gray and they look great!

Wrong and misleading
3 weeks and still waiting for an in stock item . Called and emailed numerous times . I was promised that it’s shipping the next day, label created and shipping tracking number provided . 4 days later item has still not shipped .
Bad and deceiving customer service . It’s a shame

I absolutely love my new table!! The glass is very thick, and the legs built well, solid. It has surpassed my expectations. Modholic kept me posted on the order and delivery. Would definitely recommend this company and this beautiful table!

Loving my tulip table and chairs set
I've been dreaming of this set for years and am thrilled. I almost paid quite a bit more for these items from a company with not nearly as good reviews (take apart, add grease, what???) so I'm very happy I did some digging and found Modholic. The ratings were very encouraging and I can now affirm they are also accurate, these are great pieces.
After I placed my order I started worrying about how the marble top would fare in shipping, but you can totally relax, this thing was as secure as Fort Knox with inner and outer cardboard boxes, suspended within a wood frame, plus foam plus plastic wrap. The pedestal ships in a separate box as does the set of 2 chairs, and these were also well packed and arrived in perfect shape. The chairs are very comfortable and I already am in love with the vinyl as it will be easy to keep nice. Everything is very well made, nice heavy coat of enamel on the metal surfaces and the marble is gorgeous. The pieces are super easy to put together, and everything you need is in the box. One person can easily assemble the chairs alone in about 15 minutes, but you will need a helper to turn the table right side up and get the table top out of the crate, especially if you go for the marble option (impressively heavy and solid).
To indicate how much I liked these, I originally purchased just the set with 2 chairs and I liked the chairs so much I ordered 2 more! My kitchen (see picture) is very tiny in my mid-century modest home of under 1,000 square feet, but the sizing worked out perfect with the 32" top to allow four chairs, especially since the chairs are so easy to get in and out of since they rotate.

If you are willing to wait a few months and not get upset when customer service takes a lo g time to respond, you will L O V E this table (42”). This is the most beautiful table !!! I wish I could add a photo to show how gorgeous this table is!!!

So I ordered the Eiffel Table Set…
So I ordered the “Eiffel Table Set” with four chairs. I put in the order on the 30th and until now the 6th I have received no response from them. I currently have no dining table and I needed it fast. I saw the “ships the next day” and I thought cool I’ll get it in a week. After I ordered it about two days later I saw the only thing they did was create the label and nothing else. I have emailed them twice to please process a refund and to cancel my order as I no longer wanted it. They haven’t even shipped anything yet to this day. And I have received 0 absolutely 0 response from them. I called 8 times through their “customer service number”every day with only to receive a voicemail message from an automated voice “our call volume is really high right now please call back and try again later” which I’m sure it isn’t at all. Please do yourself a favor and go to Ashley furniture or buy something new in person at target or something this company is a scam and a Facade. Also don’t even try getting your money back or reaching out to them they won’t respond. Call your bank right away and file a dispute so you can receive your money back. Hope this helps someone.

I owe a big apology to modholic
I owe a big apology. I ordered these 2 red tulip dining room chairs on July 24th with 3 day shipping and had given up hope about a week ago when I stopped hearing back from customer service and couldn't get through on the phone. I assumed they were a fraudulent website and said some mean things about them and shame on them etc etc etc. I ate major crow when I got home from work today and a giant box with 2 beautiful very easy to assemble chairs was waiting on my porch. Were they worth 260 dollars? Not if Phideas himself had chiseled them out of marble. Maybe like 150. But they are sturdy, and look great, and they are making me very happy right now and I take back what I said. Maybe this is part of their business strategy? Lol , get the customer so worked up and emotionally exhausted from the constant anticipation until they are dead inside , then surprise them with what they wanted. I would think twice about advertising "3 day shipping" *cough cough* July 24th - September 1 is a few more than 3 business days. But the item is as pictured and is good quality and they're comfy and sturdy and I'm very happy today.

My June 24th order of tulip chairs…
My June 24th order of tulip chairs still has not arrived when I was already promised two separate shipping dates the most recent of which was August 16th. Are you shipping them via a one-gimp-leg camel down the entirety of the silk f*ing road? When I go to check on the status of my order , can someone tell me why my order number doesn't just load a nice easy to understand page detailing its status? It's SUPER SKETCHY to get a message that said "somebody will try to reach out with you about the status of your order within 24 hours." That 24 hours was up by the way a week ago Friday and haven't heard anything. I really am shocked by the reviewers that said anything showed up at all because I am full on about to just resign myself they're a scam that never intended to send anything. If you google their address it's a super shittaye apartment building in Brooklyn or Queens or someplace too. I want my $240 back..

Like everyone else here, I was fooled by the 5,000 5 star rating on their website. Ordered globe chair 3 months ago and it still hasn't shown up. Website says "ships in 24 hours". Each time I call customer service I let them know "ships in 24 hours" needs to be changed and they act like they will get right on it. It's more than misleading - it's a full on lie. I've left 2 negative reviews on their site and oddly enough, they do not show up.

Do not do business with this company! We purchased their globe chair and it broke within 3 months of normal use. After sending a detailed email that included photos, I was eventually informed that they decided not to honor the warranty, which is stated on your website as follows:
“This manufacturer's guarantee covers all production defects or issues with materials or workmanship. If the product is used in the prescribed way and becomes damaged, you are covered. We cannot cover damage caused by misuse or accidents, your unpacking or reasonable wear and tear.”
They claimed that the chair was misused because someone must have “maneuvered” the chair. I then called to talk to a manager and was referred to “Mike.” Mike did not return my call for a week, so I made a follow up call a week later. I was on hold for about 25-30 minutes and was disconnected once. Once I made contact with Mike, he said the claims team evaluated the evidence and decided someone had “shifted their weight in the chair.” I asked him if shifting one’s weight in a chair constituted misuse, but he deflected the question. Before buying from Modholic, know that they do not stand behind their products and their customer service is awful. Their handling of the matter has been so egregious that I am filing a complaint with my state’s consumer protection board.

Don’t do it
Don’t do it. You buy something and it says it will ship in 2 to 3 days. Then the next day you get an email saying it will ship in 4 weeks. Then you email after 4 weeks and they tell you it will be another 4 weeks. Quick to take your money by lying about quick shipping when they know they don’t really have the product to send to you. Going to have to report fraud soon. This ‘business’ should be shut down. What a joke.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I bought chairs from them. This company is fraudulent. They did eventually send me 4 tulip chairs, but they ALL broke (with almost no usage) within weeks. When I asked for help fixing or replacing them, they forced me through a complicated process of ignoring, changing customer service reps, losing my details, ignoring again. And finally told me that too much time had elapsed to help me. I started the process within weeks and they made me wait until well over 2 years - at which time they gleefully announced that the time was too late. I feel like an idiot for going along with it all and for not reading these reviews beforehand. Do not touch this company. They shouldn't be allowed to do business
