Discussing our needs with Jordan reassured us that we had made the right choice. The friendly installation team worked hard to make sure we had a weatherproof structure overnight. Next day they completed the job leaving the site clean and tidy. Plastering and electrics were completed next day by another friendly team. Final check by Jordan to make sure we were happy with the work.
We were quoted a huge range of prices for our connie roof conversion and Modulite were around the middle, realistic and sensible. Jordan was very open, down to earth and informative and carried out the survey promptly. The installers (roofers, plasterers, elecs) were skilled and efficient. The only troublesome factor was the Todmorden weather, but the job was still completed professionally and to an even better standard than we could ever have wished for. Well done!
I Had four quotes for our 12m2 conservatory tiled roof. Modulite were in the middle of the price range. Jordan came out to measure up properly to ensure the pre built sections made by Modulite fitted perfectly. The whole roof was removed and the new one fitted in a day, left over night water tight and finished the following morning, electrician run cables for lights ,plastered the day after with the lights fitted four days later, great job by Jordan and his team. Would recommend them.

During the recent hot weather, the Modulite  roofing system has been an absolute godsend. Previously, out old conservatory could generate heat of above 40 degrees. Now we find it to be between 20 and 24. Perfect for using all year around.

Modulite did a fantastic job, over the moon with our new roof, The service was second to none from start to finish. The installation team worked extremely hard and finished the whole job in 3 days as promised. The price was by far the most competitive we found whilst getting quotes: we received our Bulding control certificate within a matter of days of everything being completed. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting transform there conservatory as we now have a space which is useable all year round. Thank you team modulite you guys are awesome
I had my new roof fitted and I am really pleased with it. Jordon was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the modular system. He brought samples and showed me how everything was done. The guys who fitted the roof were respectful of the property. And left everything clean and tidy ready for the plasterer and electrician. Everything went like clockwork. I am very happy with Modulite and definitely recommend them.
Jordan did a fantastic job from the onset of our enquiry really helpful with a estimated price from pictures I sent the price was very competitive so we proceed to a home visit super helpful gave us a clear plan with dates for delivery and instalation every member of the team turned up on time worked hard.
