I received results that were helpful in… determining why I was losing weight
I received results that were helpful in understanding what was happening with my body regarding my weight loss. I was able to use that information when speaking to my doctor to find out if what was happening in my body was of concern or not.

Molecular You - great service
Molecular You provided a very valuable report giving me so much information in all areas of my physical health. The app was robust and easy to use. The process is fairly easy
The process is fairly easy. However, had issue with no form for the lab.
Also, the phone number used to get some help was never answered other than leaving message.
Once I did get somebody, it was somewhat easy to get the form required.
Would like to have more labs available for testing.

Great concept but can still be improved
The concept is innovative, impactful, and I look forward to seeing technologies like this becoming more common practice.
As I have mentioned before, I would strongly recommend a way for users to be able to compare their reports and data over time to better understand whether their lifestyle changes has made any impact. The inability to compare reports is one of the reasons why I have lower engagement with the app now, even though I took an effort to get my second blood test. In addition, now I no longer have access to my first report.

Unprofessional
I had to keep following up to get a time-frame of results, only for them to tell me (several months later) that my blood sample was somehow contaminated and could not be used. They wanted me to come back but for me it’s a HUGE challenge to leave my house so I wasn’t able to. I also never received the ‘reward’ they promised.
