Molly Thompson Avis 

I joined on the Thailand tour and had no idea what I was doing, Molly was always there to help e.g making sure the flights are correct and any other questions I had. She made me feel so comfortable throughout it all and that was before I even arrived!

Molly and Brian from La Bombona Diving sorted this trip and whilst being there, I didn’t have to stress about a single thing! Everything was covered so I could relax in a situation that by myself, I would’ve completely panicked (1st time backpacker issues!)

The whole trip was thoroughly planned to perfection and I couldn’t fault a single thing and it just so happens that the entire group of people on tour were just the best which is always an added bonus.

I would 100% book through Molly again and I have no doubt that any tour she hosted (could even be to Meadowhall for all I care), she would do an amazing job and carry herself so professionally and well mannered.

I have been on 4 group trips with Molly now, 2xThailand, Sri Lanka and Bali. Out of all the group trips I’ve done with different companies, Molly’s have by far been the best ones. Molly is down to earth, caring and understanding which makes the experience better and she’s also well travelled which places a feeling of reassurance on these trips. If there’s ever a problem, Molly will do her best to resolve it. If she can’t resolve it herself, she’ll consult with the tour guide/travel company to get it resolved. I would highly recommend anyone who’s thinking of booking a trip with Molly - to go ahead! You’ll really have the time of your life. Molly’s trips are also extremely good value for money.

I was fortunate enough to embark on a trip ran by Molly and Bryan from La Bombona diving in April 2025. Prior to departure we were added to a really friendly groupchat and given an in-depth PDF highlighting what our itinerary would be, but this still did not prepare me for what a fantastic tour lay ahead of us!

We were in great hands throughout and the knowledge and warmth that both Molly and Bryan brought to the table was absolutely staggering. It was the sort of confidence that only comes from seasoned travellers and you could see firsthand that you were in the hands of experts here.

Everything was really well organised and the itinerary the two of them had put together was absolutely amazing! It highlighted all of the key points that you'd want to see on a tour of Thailand from the hustle and bustle of city life in Bangkok, with it's vibrant nightlife and tuk tuk turmoil, to the gorgeous shores of Koh Tao and it's excellent diving spots. We also spent two days on Koh Samui, visiting some breathtaking waterfalls and feeding gentle giants at an ethical elephant sanctuary.

We last stopped in Railay Beach, by Krabi and this might be the most beautiful place on Earth. Words can not do it justice, but this little slice of paradise felt like home. The vibrancy of the colour, flora and fauna was nothing short of otherworldly.

The group that we travelled with were absolutely amazing, it's the people that make travelling worthwhile and we had the absolute best group of likeminded individuals who shared a sense of humour and community. I miss them dearly.

All in all, would wholeheartedly recommend travelling with Molly. Whether you're a first timer, looking to dip your toes into the world of travel, or a seasoned veteran, there's plenty to be taken from a Molly Thompson tour and you'll come back knowing a little more about the world and with a lifetime of memories!

I went on Molly’s Thailand trip with LBD and had the best 2 weeks of my life! As someone who was still fairly nervous about travelling solo, this itinerary and set up was perfect. Molly had each day planned so that everyone had group experiences (such as the scuba diving and city tours) while also including options so that we could choose activities for our own level as well (the trapeze class was a personal highlight!)
Most of all, Molly went out of her way to make sure every person on the tour got the absolute most out of their time. She was encouraging, friendly, knowledgeable and the best tour host we could have asked for.
