i was not happy with service at all, i did pay the initial estimate but they wanted keep charging money. after paying more £2000 they absolutely did nothing!
defiantly avoid them as they are just over charging customers!
once i complained they took weeks to reply to me and still refused a refund! apparently my £2000 was spend on two phone calls and initial consultation!
i understand that initial estimate can be off by 10-20% off but they wanted to get more than 5-6 times of the initial estimate!
i did give them number of occasions to rectify their problems but they are just busy charging new customers!
