A serious allegation was made against me many years ago. I was never charged, but the arrest record was retained on the PNC. It weighed extremely heavily on me ever since, to say the least, as well as causing me severe immigration issues. Only someone who has been through this themselves can understand. I have been through many challenges in my life, but nothing came close to the devastation this caused me.

I approached Matt some time ago. He and his colleague were extremely kind and honest. After an initial consultation, I agreed to proceed. Matt made it clear that there were no guarantees, but that I had a good case and a strong chance.

Matt obtained more information from the police, and put together a strong case. I can hardly believe it, but last week I received the news that the police have agreed to delete my arrest from the PNC. I feel an overwhelming sense of relief, and feel that I can begin to properly try to move on from this.

After significant changes within both my personal and professional life gave me the opportunity to restart, I came across Matt's website. Feeling incredibly unsure at first, the warm up call with his colleague filled me with some more confidence, albeit still feeling wary, within a few weeks, I had my first call with Matt, and was put at ease further, without promising the world, and drawing on previous cases similar to mine both from a caution reason and police force perspective, the professionalism and pragmatism on show from day one was apparent.

The arguement for deletion was contextual, open to feedback from myself, and overall by the end, an incredibly compelling arguement.

Matt has given me the freedom to work anywhere in the world, no longer held back by a stupid mistake made in my early 20s and something which in no way represented the man I am today.

The process overall took around 9 months, although this could have been faster had I done everything from my side quicker.

I’d contacted Legisia around October/November 2023 regarding removal of my cautions. This was a matter of urgency, and Matt along with his team were able to get the cautions removed by June 2024. I am so so happy with the service provided, and everybody was very professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Legisia, regardless of how much everything will cost, as it it money well spent in the long run. I am finally able to move on with my life :)
