Having bought a Genie Ultralight my daughter and I went on a train trip from Kent to the Bernina Express in Switzerland and then spent 3 nights at Lake Como. We were away 8 days/7 nights and the whole trip was by train. I am 80 and not very mobile but my daughter (51) managed to transport our luggage followed by the scooter as well as help me on & off the trains. Brilliant. I could not have done the trip without someone fitter & younger than me but at 14 kilos the lightweight scooter made this all possible. Excellent purchase and has opened up the possibilities for the future. Thanks Monarch!

The gentleman I dealt with was respectful, helpful and my experience was positive as he offered to check availability of item and call me back when he had checkef, which he did and offered me the option to purchase the item and got it shipped immediately and I received it the next day. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience today with Phil who came to my house to demonstrate various mobility scooters to my father. My father had been quite specific about what he wanted, but after demonstrating the model my Dad said he wanted, Phil identified ways to make life easier for my father when he is travelling alone. Phil demonstrated a different model which met my Dads needs entirely, not only for now but also for the future. Once we had agreed the model Phil took his time demonstrating and explaining in ways my Dad will remember. No hard sell, no feeling uncomfortable, just a straightforward genuine guy doing a great job.

I bought an ultralight mobility scooter. Ian delivered it and was so nice and helpful(see previous review). I part exchanged my old scooter with them , which was in perfect condition, for £100, it was worth approx £300 but I had nowhere to keep two scooters until i sold it. After a few days I decided the monarch wasn't for me and requested to return it for a full refund and to have my old scooter returned. I am sure the scooter was perfect for certain circumstances and excellent engineering , but didn't suit my needs. This all went smoothly until I was informed they had destroyed my old scooter and offered me the £100 back.(I was informed most scooters they part exchange, if suitable, are sold on to dealers) I refused as I couldn't replace my scooter for that money and they shouldn't have destroyed my scooter during the 14 day cooling off period. Eventually they replaced my scooter with one from ebay which was an older model than mine and has an intermittent fault in as much as it just stops. I had the scooter serviced and monarch paid the £65 for the service but the intermittent fault didn't show during the service. I am now in a position when I daren't go out alone in case I get stranded. I am a pensioner and do not have funds to buy new again.

Been dealing with them since a few years. Prompt and efficient service. Bought 2 Smarti Scooters. Very professional. When coming to service they send their engineers out without delay. Five stars review.

I was very Impressed with Ian, regarding my purchase very polite and professional gentleman gave me time and explained everything in detail with out pressure.

Excellent seamless purchase of a monarch genie ultralight scooter Glen did a home demonstration and then returned and set it up, all packages removed and he gave extensive information on how to use it and after sales care.No hard sell and went through the various scooter options available I would not hesitate to recommend monarch mobility and Glen really provided an excellent service

Phil who came to my home was brilliant and a credit to Monarch.
He explain fully and gave much needed tips and guidance.

Sales team and customer services are fantastic to deal with. I lost my keyfob, the first day I got it. Phoned up customer services to report it lost and were sending out a new onefree of charge. Glen the sales rep was great to deal with. He came out and assembled the Gene Auto for me only to find the front light was faulty. So went out to his van to get another one the same colour, orange. I would thurughly recommend this company needing a mobility scooter.

I waited to review my purchase .Monarch staff were excellent no pressure selling getting the right product was the priority .Karen was brilliant and 12 months later love my monarch vogue xl. It had its first service last week passed with flying colours and the technician came to my home to do it .Treated myself to a new scooter cover and heated blanket wow .The cover is excellent waterproof and really good quality .

Glenn was prompt made sure that the Genie auto was suitable for our needs. Took time to demonstrate the model and for my mother to trial the scooter and ensured she was comfortable. Unpacked, cleared packaging and set up scooter. Excellent service and no pressure to buy during demo. Would recommend.

Martin . . . what a terrific guy and what an asset to Monarch! He visited me twice to demo two of Monarch's lightweight scooters and was happy to wait while I tried one more scooter from a different company a few days later. At no time did I feel pressurised to make a decision during the demo process. The choice I eventually made was the Genie Supa Carbon Lite which he delivered last Thursday. Martin has an abundant pool of knowledge which he used to take me, in a very helpful and informative way, through familiarisation with my new scooter, including a number of wrinkles that will make life much easier. Without any doubt I am a very happy buyer.

Very poor service. Bought trailer two weeks ago for mobility scooter, I didn`t received my order. I asked refund and no refund. I will complain They ignored customers questions and orders

From phoning on Monday afternoon to arrange a demonstration for a genie auto on Tuesday afternoon along comes Ian with both colours of the genie and a demonstration one plus other types after the demo I agreed to buy the genie then Ian made sure it fitted my car boot then unpacked and set up my new scooter explained everything carefully and politely took away the packaging well pleased with the service and no delivery costs Monarch should be proud to have such excellent staff like Ian

First class service the young man who delivered it was very friendly and funny he new all about the scooter that he delivered me will deal again.
