Ordered more then three weeks ago and said sender's country was UK which obviously isn't and then anytime I asked it was just told delays and last time was told just get onto Slovakian postel service investigations for lost parcels.
I mean why should I have to jump through hoops when I paid for post and packaging n I get nothin .I should have listened to my gut after reading the bad reviews
I must update and apologise my item was delayed because of postal service and nothing bad on monster kings side so it was just a big delay because I had ordered at Xmas time so I retract my statement

Customer support was profane
I ordered three products from MK, one of the products arrived with the under the cap seal broken. I poured all of the capsules out and noticed they were covered in a white powder substance. I found one of the capsules had a hole in it. I wrote to MK customer service attached a photo of the affected capsule and got a confrontational reply. MK rep asked why I didn't send a picture of the broken seal, which I promptly replied and sent the requested photo. The response I got was shocking with the MK rep saying my complaint was "bulls__t". MK has UK in their nomenclature but the person who replied to me clearly was not a fluent English speaker. As the replies were in broken English. If I could give Muscle King less than 1 star I would.

Interesting is, why don´t you send back reclaim product, it looks as a"smart" scam! Bcs if you want something reclaim, send it back a reclaim protocol can start, by the way... ;)

Hodnocení přípravku Angel dust: Nic lepšího a silnějšího není. Cvičím cca 30 let, ale tento nakopávač je jednoduše pecka.
Dark matter: potréninkový přípravek také z kategorie TOP. Lepší a rychlejší regenerace, choťově také dobré - příchuť blue rasperry.

I got my prodcut which was DMAA. The coustumer service is just hilarious. This is how they answered me in our convesations.
"Fake info?? Are you ok with your mind??"
"We think you have big trouble with your agresivity! ;)"
In the end i got my product, but i dont know if is real. Decent experience

Yes, We think, bcs after two days after dispatched order wrote US, fake info! :/ "You scam me...package wasn´t dispatched" 🤦♂️ 29/7/2024 was dispatched and 2/8/2024 was delivered 😉 But you wrote US we scam You! Thinking about it 😊😎
