Ordered from the UK and the Slovakian…
Ordered from the UK and the Slovakian postal service have not put the full address details on the parcel so now i cannot receive my goods, no one at customer services is understanding that there is an issue and that they need to contact the Slovakian postal service as the seller as we do not speak the language. Parcel has been out for delivery for two days but cannot be delivered without full adress

Dammm, Slovakia courier don´t make mistake but mistake was on your side! You don´t add full delivery adress, but today 1/7/2024 was delivered your goods! Delivery had delay by your mistake.

The Pre Workout advertised said it contained DMAA. I received the product it had DMAA in it or listed ingredients. I tried contacting the supplier they did not respond. I’m trying to get my refund.

Your feedback is fake! You bought USP Labs Jack3D, on website is clear written contains ingredients DMHA + Geranium extract, NO DMAA! Maybe you don´t know, but these are differently ingredients!! Maybe, better will be when you buy something, just for first read all info about product!

Great online shop with legit products
This is a great online store for sports / fitness sups and nutrition! It's always a bit nerve wracking making a purchase from an unknown online shop. The product I ordered has been hard to find, so that added to the uncertainty that I'd get what I paid for.
But I can't fault them - the product is legit and no problems with customer service. After placing my order on a Monday night, confirmation of dispatch was received the following day. Updates were sent at every stage of the shipping process, and I received my purchase 6 days later, the bulk of this time being processing through Royal Mail.
I've already recommended to a friend and will be using this store again.

Hello, You ordered ECA KO product but other clietns say works good. If you wrong use this product, dont get any benefits from ECA KO.

My only complaint is that the expiration date is not indicated anywhere on the product.
