If possible I give them 0 star!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!
Horrible service, 1st they missed the delivery date then they delivered late but all of my arrangements were damaged and totally screwed up.

This company will not send what you order. Their terms allow them to replace anything you order with anything they happen to have around. Don’t expect to receive what you order. Expect to receive low quality items that are nothing like what you selected. I ordered a basket with SEVEN different kinds of cheese. What did I get? Two small rounds of the same kind of cheese! When I complained I was told that they had substituted the cheeses for bruschetta, jams, jellies and other items which the receiver doesn’t even like!!

The items delivered did match the order. For that price I would expect better service. Please avoid this company.

Absolutely terrible service, do not use. I recently ordered a gift basket for over $150, in which NONE of the products matched what I had selected. The recipient is allergic to nuts, and the chocolate covered strawberries advertised simply as chocolate covered strawberries came covered in nuts. We received all the wrong products, and when complained were told there was nothing they can do and their approach was within the rights of their substitution service. I strongly recommend no one ever buys from this company - criminal and a total scam.

I have sent them multiple emails about not receiving my order for 14 days after I placed the order and didn't get any response.

My order was purchased on 26th March 2024 only arrived on the 9th of April 2024. 15 days later. The additional plant I added to the gift got tossed around so much to the point that the soil covered the rest of the gift. A part of the plant got crushed as well, hopefully it doesn't die.

The muffin cake wasn’t edible of course! Didn’t even come near it after being on the way for 15 days. and the rest of the package containing food that I’m not sure if it is safe to consume or not.

Overall my experience with Montreal Baskets is a disaster, not only was it promised to arrive in 2 working days and it took 15 days instead. But it arrived broken, dusty and in-consumable. Sent 4 emails, didn't get any response from them. I would definitely not recommend using this company at all.

Montreal Baskets, thank you for ruining a surprise and a sending a disgusting birthday gift.

If i can give a lower rating I would. Sent the package 11 days late, cake probably expired and all snacks ruined, cactus broken, and not the same as the image. This was a birthday gift for me, and I feel really awful for my friend who ordered it with the expectation that it arrives on the promised date which was on my bday. But it was 11 days late! And completely messy and destroyed basically. Awful awful awful company.

Ordered a specific product as a gift for a friend in Canada. Delivered product was a totally different item to the one ordered and they didn't notify me beforehand that they substituted it.

Asked customer service about it and got a poor response about how they don't have time to notify customers when this happens and that their terms and conditions say they can substitute and that they aren't liable and basically said that they won't send the right product or refund. Avoid using this company.

Really cost me a lot of money because of the exchange rate I have against Canadian dollar as a foreign buyer.

Sadly, I thought I ordered a gourmet package. I was quite embarrassed when my friend got only items you could buy in a grocery store, or even gas station. I feel very disappointed and feel the website is totally misleading. One of the items was not included nor replaced with a like or even lower quality item. When I contacted them about it, they were basically saying “too bad, we don’t care.” Unfortunate that ethics seem to be suffering in today’s world. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews first. Buyer beware 😢

WHERE SHALL I START! LATE DELIVERY, PERISHABLE GOODS AND CAKE SENT TOTALLY DESTROYED! i WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! THIS IS THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. REMEMBER, THE CAKE ARRIVED 5 DAYS LATE! "We understand that the way in which the products were jostled in transit may not have allowed for the most ideal presentation/appearance upon delivery of the order, but based on the images contents of the items themselves were indeed protected by their exterior packaging, which the recipient can still use/consume."

I ordered a champagne gift basket for my niece's birthday and it didn't arrive! I explicitly chose this "Montreal baskets" because I thought they were in Montreal (turns out they were shipping from ONTARIO).When your company offers basket delivery...timely delivery is a big part of the job (like that is what you do). My heart sank when my niece told me that nothing had arrived. I tried to track the order but all it tells me is that "a label has been created for the order"- who knows what that means! I'm really upset.

Total scam! Paid for a baby basket that was not delivered to my niece. Customer service never answered any of my emails.

Not only did I receive timely assistance, but the customer care representative I spoke with also offered me a discount and an early delivery date. I had no idea it was even possible. Was very happy working with you. Thank you.
