When I ordered the product I was reassured by the initial customer service. Polite and professional approach and I spoke with the person who would be involved in custom making the product. He clearly knew what he was talking about. He told me how long it would take to make the item and his estimate was spot on. On receipt of the item it was top quality

Initially I thought I would try this company but with a feeling they would be far to expensive for what I wanted. How wrong I was, I arrived with my hand drawing on a piece of paper. I was introduced to Rudi who right from the beginning discussed what was practical for what I wanted and from that point on the rest was so easy. The product I received was so well made with quality materials and made to my exact measurements and at a fantastic price. I would like to thank Susan and Lynne for their help along with the production team and of course Rudi.
I would recommend this company to anyone please give them a try.

Required trailer cover & made online enquiry, I was contacted same afternoon and after couple of clarifications received completive quote same day. Went to go ahead with order and was contacted to supply exact measurements to make sure correct fitment, all was done in very timely manner and cover delivered in good time. Very efficient and good they make checks to fit trailer and do not go by standard measurements.

Recently got a custom cover made for my barbecue table. This was quite a complicated shape, as it incorporated a dome in the centre for the barbecue. I gave the dimensions, and recieved the cover a few weeks later, and it fits the table perfectly! The cover is very well made. The communication was great, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be going to Montrose Rope and sail for any custom covers in the future!
