Nicht zu empfehlen! In den USA 5 GB esim gekauft, hat nichts funktioniert. Bei einem anderen Anbieter eine esim geholt und es lief sofort ohne Probleme.

Great customer service and very understanding

Great customer service through whatsapp. 1st esim wasnt working properly so they end up helping me to set up new esim, which work really good. Unfortunately, I left the country early due to medical reason and montyesim was very understanding and refunded the full amount right away.

Great customer support // Hotspot doesnt work

Bought an eSIM, straight forward process.
Easy to activate and such, customer support very responsive via WhatsApp, and they've helped me set up the APN configs to have data working.

On the down side, before buying i got confirmation that hotspot would work, but that's not the case. Tried two interactions with Customer Support where they were dismissive and said the issue was on my end - it wasnt as others saying they experienced the same.

What a great customer service from…

What a great customer service from these folks at Monty. I had a small issue activating the eSIM. Ayman from Cust. Serv. replied instantly to my WhatsApp then took me step by step solving the problem (which by the way was my fault). In few steps he guided me through it. Now I have a great connection for the next 30 days all over Europe. Hope Monty will post this review to others to appreciate this terrific service. Ayman is truly an asset to Monty

Worked great, no issues.

Don't know why some people complain about the eSim not working, but for me and my partner it worked great. After purchasing and setup, the activation can take several minutes, in my case about 5 minutes and for my partner approxinately 3 minutes, so just have a bit of patience.

We used it mainly in Switzerland. Always good signal and even 5G supported. Also multiple providers/networks are contracted by Monty I noticed. When we went back to the Netherlands I forgot to turn my own SIM card on, so without realising I used the eSim for several days and it worked perfectly. So don't hesitate and choose Monty!

Worked great in 3 different…

Worked great in 3 different Countries!!!
When I first purchased it and read all the reviews i felt like "oh god, what have I done?" Instead, I have used it in UK, Germany and North Macedonia and it simply worked great, no issues at all.
After that, I have referred my friend and I have even received 3 $ cashback straightaway.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. After my order I noticed that eSim doesn't work on my cellphone. 10 min. after my order i asked them for cancellation. They answered to check that but actually never did. Never got a refund.

support had no solution

I thought they wanted to cheat me. The support couldn't help me, then thanks to google I found the error. Added the same APN and now it works.

The company sells fake esims

The company sells fake esims. I purchased esim for Turkey on their website for 5.99 for 5GB and it never worked. I added esim, enabled data roaming.. just like I do with other esim providers and it didn't work.

The company is simply selling fake esims that never work. Don't waste your money trying to save few bucks with them!
