MOOD Furnishings Avis 

We originally went for Mood Furnishings under the impression that we would get a quick and speedy order. However, it was far from speedy. After multiple dates promised, we eventually received the bed, which seemed to be lower quality than expected. Despite this, Katie was very engaged throughout the process and provided prompt replies.

Katie was super helpful after the process and gave us a generous refund, through liaising with the upholster. She’s also changed upholster to ensure her customers get great service. Great reaction to provide some form of compensation in a rare situation i’m sure.

I purchased some beautiful chairs that turned out to be the wrong size, however Katie (the owner) responded to my WhatsApp messages on a weekend instantly and arranged a collection and fully refunded me. She was very professional always responsive, and she has great customer service skills.

Katie is ready to help with any query no matter how small. My large item was shipped exactly when she said it would be. I will definitely be buying from Mood again.

Unfortunately the item I ordered I had to return cause it didn’t go with the other items in my kitchen.
However the lady who helped me Katie was amazing and so so helpful. Very quick responses, helped the situation and made me feel at ease with having to make my return. I would definitely 100% keep them in mind for the future.

Very quick delivery top quality product and service

I spent several weeks researching suppliers before placing my order with Mood Furnishings and was I happy with my decision. Katie was so helpful and responded to my emails very promptly, informatively and confidently. From ordering to delivery, very quick, everything went smoothly and to say I am pleased with my purchase is an understatement. The delivery men confirmed a time slot in the morning, arrived as expected and could not have been more helpful. The whole team were exceptional and I need not have worried. I would recommend Mood Furnishings without hesitation and would definitely order from them again. Thank you for making this shopping experience so easy.

I cannot give Katie and her team high enough praise. Ordered a bar stool from her which was sent promptly next day delivery but alas delivery company sent back to her as being refused (we were not in). It was resent by another courier who decided it was too big for them when they had it at their depot. Katie was on the case straight away. She kept me informed at every stage and resent another Stool. Great company. Excellent service.
