Great experience
I only went to Katie for x4 dining chairs, ended up ordering a dining table too!! Great price and very personal customer service. Katie talks directly to you about what you need and when, perfect! Would highly recommend. Postage was fast too, virtually next day!?

Excellent company and service
I recently bought a bed from Katie and both the service and the product were outstanding. Katie’s customer service was absolutely brilliant (she offered to help with items that I needed aside from the bed) and she was always on hand to answer questions I had and to provide updates on my order. We had an issue when the manufacturer delivered a wrong piece for the bed and Katie was straight on it. I can’t speak highly enough about the business and Katie herself. I would highly recommend Mood Furnishings; fantastic product, brilliant service and at a great price.
