SCAAAAAAM.

They just charged me 43 dollars. I better solve this otherwise I am screwed. I do not recommend.

My daughter only bought one item for $10 and then she very month was charged another 29.98 for a VIP membership she never signed up for. Three months went by before we realized what this was and when we reached out to moonlightoro they refused to refund anything, stating we knew the details of membership on sign up. She NEVER signed up. They automatically signed her up and she received NO emails about any kind of membership. When I questioned this failure of no emails, they then said her email address was entered incorrectly on the membership signup (which is a lie because she received the email for the receipt of the bodysuit she purchased) but they still refused to refund anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. What was a $10 bodysuit turned into a $170 bodysuit after these fees and changed to Canadian funds. A hard lesson for a 16 year old who works hard for the money she earns.

This is a SCAMMMMMM. Unfair they took nearly 40 dollars of me and i haven't received my order. This is ridiculous.

Don't buy from this site!!! I found them from a tiktok link about a bodysuit that was on sale for $5. I bought it about 2 weeks ago and they just tried taking $29.98 out of my bank account. Total SCAM!!

SCAM/FRAUD!! BEWARE!! TOOK $29.98 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT OVER A MONTH LATER OF MY FIRST AND ONLY PURCHASE! I ONLY CAUGHT A RECENT CHARGE. I WILL BE CONTACTING BY BANK TO FIND MORE!! AND TAKING FURTHER ACTION. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AND THE NUMBER THEY HAVE IS FAKE. WHEN EMAILING THEY SAY I SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I NEVER DID. THEN SENT ME A LINK TO UNSUBSCRIBE, ALTHOUGH YOU CANT BECAUSE A MEMBERSHIP WAS NEVER STARTED.
PURCHASE WAS MADE 12/8/24. CAUGHT A FRAUDULENT CHARGE OF 29.98 THAT WAS MADE ON 1-19-25. THEY RESPOND THEY TAKE MONTHLY ON THE 19TH OF EACH MONTH. WHICH MEANS THEY PROBABLY CHARGED ME 12-19-24. AGAIN, I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK TO LOOK FURTHER INTO THIS.

Moonlightmint.co has scammed me and stolen money from my account on two occasions. I payed for an item that cost about $17 once a few months ago on my prezzy card. This was the only thing I had purchased since owning the card. Since then I attempted to buy something online and since it started with $200, I would have been in the clear to buy something worth $40. I checked the prezzycard website to see my balance, and saw two $55 withdraws from my account both from moonlightmint.co. DO NOT purchase from this website ever.

TOTAL SCAM AVOID - Card Fraud

My teen followed a link from TikTok.

Bought a clothing item approx $15 inc $7 Postage.

About four weeks after purchase, multiple attempts have been made to extract more significant amounts from her account.

The item was of inferior quality, and I had a bit of back and forth in an attempt to get a refund. They engaged for a bit, then ghosted. I just chalked that up to a learning experience for my kid, but this siphoning is a bit more insidious when targeting teens.
on 22 Nov, 25 Nov, 1 Dec, and 8 Dec 2024, amounts from $47 to $49 were charged to her account, only being declined due to insufficient funds.
