I made a purchase with this company in August 2025 but I never signed up for a subscription yet they’ve charged me over the weekend for a subscription and refuse to refund me yet I never had any emails or nothing about it it just came off my bank BE VERY AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Topaz Roma is one of those sights that subscribes you unless you uncheck the subscription box. Shaper mint does the same thing. They don't give the money back. 0 stars in my view!

DO NOT BUY FROM TOPAZ ROMA! The same thing happened to me that everyone else is here talking about. My daughter ordered a five dollar bodysuit and the order total plus shipping was $9.97. I just noticed that they had been charging my bank account $29.98 for the last three months for a VIP membership that I did not sign up for. I did not check the box. I would not check the box. And if I had checked the box, it would’ve brought up the total from $9.97 to over $30. Which it didn’t. I have nothing in my email that shows I signed up for a membership. I only have an order confirmation email. And in that email, it doesn’t say anything about a recurring charge. I have emailed back-and-forth with them. They confirmed that I canceled my membership. But when I am asking for evidence or documentation to show that I signed up, including my signature and a date, they aren’t able to provide anything. My bank is investigating and hopefully I can get a refund.

Shit company dont order from them, i ordered two body suits from them and i received them today, on the day i received them i got charged and extra $30, i emailed the company and apparently i subscribed to their vip selection at checkout which i in fact didnt. I had to message my bank about this so they could temporarily lock my card so these scammers couldn’t take any more money out, they’re fraud.

I purchased a body suit from them and never checked the box for their membership to be included in my order. In two weeks they charged my card with this membership without my permission and refused to refund it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I brought one of their shapewears, it came, feels terrible, and multiple unauthorised payments for their own products have been taken, I’ve lost 50 dollars so far :/ I’ve had to freeze my accounts and get a new card, would not recommend buying from them

If I could leave a zero review I would. The description on their website is misleading. Ordered 1 labubu doll and my card was charged 3 times. When the dolls arrived an eye was popped out and would not go back in and the head came off. Spoke with customer service and they said this is how the dolls are manufactured which is not true because the rest did not do that. The dolls are no longer on their website because they know they are defective. They will not provide a refund. Do NOT order anything from here!

I ordered something and did it get but then got charged for something else I'm waiting to hear back from their customer service

I bought one of their body suits a month ago, when it came it was terrible quality, it broke immediately. They told me it was $21 including shipping then took $50 out of my account and today 6th of may, they took another $46 out of my account, for no reason

Complete SCAM!!!!!! Noticed a $29.98 charge for two months for the VIP club, which I did NOT add at checkout. At checkout it still only showed the $9.95 I was purchasing but not an additional charge for the VIP club. I think they automatically add it and then you have no way of proving you didn’t check the box and they offer no refunds for the membership. There should be a lawsuit against such shady practices!!! Absolutely avoid this company!!!

Absolutely shocking service, they automatically add the VIP membership without any notification and then refused to refund. Do not recommend at all, they don't even deserve the one star rating.

I’ve recently ordered from here as I saw it on TikTok and thought their products looked cute. I ordered it nearly 3 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. I also figured out they signed me up for a VIP membership that I didn’t sign myself up for. They made it difficult to cancel it and I’m still not 100% sure they have cancelled it. Be careful shopping on this website as it looks as though it is a scam.

This is a SCAM they take money out your account each month unless you press cancel and its a 'subscription' so you don't see it on your direct debit and is hard to cancel. Don't bother the product isn't that good anyways!!

I ordered a bodysuit around september time. Since then I get charged £25 a month with no reasoning behind. DO NOT TRUST THIS. Didn’t know where the transaction was from.

This company takes advantage of teens buying cheap products. My daughter paid $12 for a top, and then two weeks later, Topaz took $50 from her account. Watch out for the T&Cs!!! There's a sign-up function somewhere that is easy to miss and automatically ticked!

This company allegedly said I agreed to become a VIP member although I did not check a box or add this to my cart. They then sent me a receipt of my order but not of the $29.98USD coming out every month, no emails to go with this VIP subscription. Dodgy company, stay away
