I was needing a new mop and bucket so decided to try this one out. When my daughter saw it she was astonished that I paid so much for such an item. BUT. When she saw it in use she was amazed and quickly wanted to ‘have a go’! 😂.
We both love how simple it is to use. It doesn’t soak your laminated floors. It cleans incredibly well. Best of all is the drainage system. The ONLY flaw (and it’s a minor one) is that the joint in the handle that meets the mop could do with being able to fold in both directions. That way you can get full immersion of the actual cleaning pad instead of 80%. I am really happy with it. Highly recommend it. And so does my daughter now 😂. She is going to buy one for her house too. 👌

Dealing with this company is a real nightmare they don’t reply you can’t ring them it’s all via email. I do really wish I would have read the reviews before I bought anything best advice avoid this company at all costs as they are a bunch of cowboys save any stress take your money elsewhere.

Great to be able to source replacement mop heads. I had bought my mop from another company that doesn't supply replacement mop heads. Very pleased!

Mop-pro has made a big difference in my life. I struggled wringing out a conventional mop, due to arthritis, no struggles using Mop-pro.

I haven't had chance to use it properly yet. But I like the way it looks and how it will help me to clean my windows on my ground floor shop.
I want to order more e cloths soon. But so far I don't think I need them.

Needed a quick mop for a quick daily clean However this mop gives a deep clean helping to maintain cleanliness throughout the week. Fabulous value for money and easy to store.

It's made me love cleaning. Just like it is in the adverts! An easy, enjoyable and satisfying experience all round.

Purchased this mop and bucket & five extra cloths in February. Took about 2 weeks to arrive. The mop head does not swivel correctly so difficult to fit in the bucket. On the second use the plastic top where the mop is squeezed fell apart in 3 pieces so the mop could not be squeezed. Once the first cloth was used and washed it did not retain its shape and not longer fitted correctly. Have emailed several times and cannot get any help. Please do not waste your money

Saw a multiplicity of adverts for similar products and ordered this version with additional mops. My cleaner was very happy not to push, turn and squeeze ever again 😂

Do not order!! This is a SCAM! I ordered this mop nearly 3 months ago and the quality is shocking. This is a cheap and nasty mop and not worth the money at all. Trying to return the product is the most ridiculous process, with customer service demanding video evidence of the mop before providing a return address. 3 months later and they're still refusing to give me a refund. Save your money and go elsewhere

Nice compact little mop, doesn’t have the nasty smells that traditional mops have. It’s much quicker to use than other mops once you get the hang of it. This was actually a second purchased for my son who has just moved to his own apartment.

This mop does not work as well as the promotional video makes it look.The whole system is a bit flimsy.The mop cloth is very thin and does not remove stubborn stains.However, it is easy to use and folds away very neatly in a small space.

SCAM company.
Whem mine arrived i could not get the lid off and the mop head did not swivel.
I emailed them explaining their goods are faulty & requesting a return address, which they ignored.
They offered to send new spare parts (!?!) but failed to provide me with an adress or instructions to return the item.
In the end i had to look it up.on Companies House, and posted the faulty Mop Pro back to them.
They refunded the cost of the mop but refused to refund the £3.99 p&p, saying i had 'changed my mind' about a product that was faulty.
So total Scam company as far as im concerned.

Wasn't as big as I expected, but it's great, it's actually cut my mopping time in half, nice flat head glides and cleans my floors brilliantly.
I have x3 giant breed dogs and I mop everyday.....it is so much easier now...highly recommend this mighty little mop.....

Very good mop once you get the hang to it not as bulky as an ordinary mop but very effective.
Would highly recommend anyone who needs a new cleaning system for Thier floors.
Would definitely buy again.

Great service washes floors brilliantly but had a little trouble at the beginning trying to put mop in the dry side.

There was a mistake in the delivery address - I notified the company by email within 4 minutes of confirmation email of the error.(The only methods available to contact the company are email and messenger.) I also contacted the company by messenger a little later the same day. The company has time before shipping the item to correct the delivery address but stubbornly refused to change it. A dreadful way to conduct a business.
