Quick and efficient service

Really disappointing - product was faulty. Reported after just six uses: the bucket lid was broken and the mop head comes loose from the handle as the screw lines do not hold together. Company requested video evidence - sent. Company states they can replace the bucket lid but not the mop. Dismissive, rude, unhelpful communication. Total waste of money.

I returned a faulty mop at my own expense after Mop PRO confirmed (in writing) on 16 May that, under UK consumer law, I was entitled to a refund within 30 days. They even thanked me for my patience and said they’d process the refund once the item was received.

After sending the mop back and confirming they had it, I was then told they don’t issue refunds for faulty, damaged, or defective items — which is not only completely contradictory but also illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I’ve now had to escalate this due to their refusal to honour their own written commitment and UK consumer law. Their communication has been dismissive, contradictory, and frankly dishonest.

Avoid this company. There is zero accountability, and their customer service is worse than useless.

Ordered 2 extra mop pads which weren’t delivered. Quick email to the co. and they arrived soon after.

The mop head is very stiff and when trying to place in the bucket the head came off it's mount. I have to put a foot on the bucket so I can wet and rinse and squeeze the mop so i must have an awkward mop. It may free but it doesn't 'glide' the way it should do. Otherwise the results are good. I received grey mops and not blue and just a small detail

I used my new Mo Pro for the first time last weekend and WOW!!! It is AMAZING!!! So easy to use and light to carry, even when full of water. Easy to empty and clean. My floors don’t usually come up very clean but, Wow! They sparkled after using my new Mop Pro. Definitely recommend.

I gave my experience 5 stars because I had good service and I didn't have any problems or issues with anything, thank you.

I haven't had the chance to use the item yet, but I can rate the service from the purchase date to the dispatch and delivery. The service was exceptional, with accurate notifications at each step right up to the delivery.

Wasn’t sure at first,as it all seemed so compact,but that’s an added bonus -the flat mop head fits neatly in the two different compartments ,and because it is flat,and has good swivel,it’s ideal to get into corners and under furniture :I used a small amount of floor cleaning fluid for my kitchen floor and was very pleased with the result : it looked cleaner than when I used my round head mop :mop head covers can be washed -very pleased with this product

Good points - small, compact and the cloth does clean the floor quite well.

Bad - very cheaply made and flimsy. Plastic pieces from one half keep snapping/falling off every time I dipped mop in. Had to hold down with one foot while drenching and draining mop. Cloth curls up and doesn’t stay on mop head. Cleaning floor felt like hard work!

Great concept but just doesn’t deliver as promised. Might be great in another few versions time!

Was very surprised by the strong fitting and the way it's locks one way . So it goes into the slots no problem and the only thing wrong was the fluff coming off but it's was new. Would buy my daughter one
Lots better than another well known brand

I was surprised at how small and compact the mop pro is. However when I used it I was impressed with how effective it was. Also surprised how soft the cloths are and yet effective. So easy to use and neat enough to put away in a cupboard.

Awful quality - it looks, feels and operates cheaply. Don’t believe what you see in the videos (far from reality), don’t believe what you read on their website about their level of customer service (there is none) but do believe all the comments made by customers on here. Save your time and money.

Haven’t used it yet but certainly look’s okay and is in a compact package.

Some how I managed to split the squeeze side of the bucket head & could not reassemble it. Mop pro replaced the bucket head.
