Prompt delivery. At last something I could assemble myself with my arthritic hands. A small win but means a lot.

Please do not bother to purchase this extremely poorly made mop and bucket. The product is flimsy, and very difficult to use. I had to use a knife to take off the lid! Additionally, the rubber stoppers are hard to place on the bucket, and one popped off during use and flooded my floor! I have emailed the company but am not expecting them to reply. Shall be applying to my credit card company for a refund under Section 75.

It’s so much easier than my old mop could never get the floor dry but this is very good specially now I’ve got a dog

Mop pro is ideal for me. I’m elderly with limited mobility so to be able to continue being independent is vital. The bucket is lightweight and I love the fact that I can choose the length of mop handle which is such a bonus.

Additional mop cloths were ordered and delivered as advised.

Have used the mop and bucket twice. Really pleased with it and the mops are easy to clean and dry very quickly. Great product and space saving.

Package arrived a day early. On opening the MopPro, I was a little disappointed in how 'flimsy' it appeared to be. However, on using the Mop Pro, I was pleasantly surprised on how well it cleaned my floors & how quickly they dried. I also washed my patio door windows & was happy with the result. The wash pad was easily & effectively washed in the washine machine, which imho, is better for the environment than disposable ones. Overall, for the money paid (Black Friday deal), the Mop Pro (& the 7 reusable pads) is of a reasonable quality. Only time will tell how robust it really is!

Best thing I've ever bought it is my second one love them

Tried to send an Email to said company, but it would not let me. When I put the mop into the bucket and pull it out, the mop head keeps coming off. Not happy with this at all, it's a waste of money

Happy with mop pro. Packs away neatly and very handy. Like can wash the covers and re use.

Still awaiting my mop paid for on the 7/11/25,Royal Mail returned it due to an error allegedly on the address even though I watched the delivery driver knock on my neighbour’s door. Email Mop Pro about 4 times now with no conclusion asking for my money back no response 😡

I only purchased a small item, but it arrived really quickly and I had no problems with my order. It looked exactly like the photo on the website and all of the packaging was recyclable
