I can not believe how awful their customer service is. They never reply to a single email or social media message and keep your money even when they owe you! I have been trying for nearly a month now to get my money back on a return that they have received - I have Royal Mail proof of return including a picture of it at their warehouse - and they say they haven’t got it yet (it was delivered to them 3 weeks ago) and they won’t reply or refund me. I can’t believe they are in business!? It’s so bizarre

Great idea but the mop handle is like tin foil, can’t put any pressure on the floor without the handle bending
Needs to be a single piece handle instead of 4 small pieces put together

Absolutely LOVE this mop. Used to hate mopping our tiled kitchen floor which took hours to dry even with the electric floor level fan heater on full blast. Now - I'm happy to mop several times a week as its a so much quicker job. No soapy suds using the sheets provided. The shape of the mop head means you can reach right into all the corners. Cleaned really well and the floor fully dry in a fraction of the time it took before. Takes up far less storage space too. Brilliant.

Speedy delivery and a good product.

I had two small issues. I queried the fact I couldn’t get the mop head to move. Customer services responded very quickly and issue solved. ( I was being a bit too gentle!). The second was a plug for the bucket was missing. Again was fast and a replacement was sent. Plus the mop is great! I love the fact that it fits in the cupboard under my sink rather than having to live in the garage.

Good price and service

When first opened I thought the mop itself looked a bit thin, but tried it once I was pleasantly surprised. Very compact if you want the mop to back in the bucket you have to unscrew the poles if not just leave assembled separate. Would definitely recommend though.

Does exactly what I was looking for!

My mop eventually arranged and a part of it was broken. I contacted customer Service who eventually said they would send a replacement part They didn’t. The sad part is that the mop is actually good ( my daughter had one) but their customer service is rubbish. Don’t buy from this company

A total waste of money, not fit for purpose. Everything about it was just wrong, handle fell off, Velcro fell off, bad craftsmanship and yet not as cheap as it looks. There is no way the video advert is this product, the flimsy bucket falls over when you try to put the pathetic mop into it. No idea where these rave reviews come from. AI again! Avoid Avoid Avoid
