DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!!!!! Buyer beware….ordered a pair of shoes & was not able to get in touch with them to return. Every email sent I received a bounce back. This is not a legit company & they will never respond.

Will never buy here again!! I tried to reach out to them to return these shoes and I have emailed them 4 times and NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Their website says to email them within 30 days for refund. There is also no phone number to call either. Lesson learned and i will never buy here again (and I buy alot online). Buyer beware! Read all the reviews before buying from here. There is no storefront in Toronto even though they have “Toronto” in their name - as per other reviews. Hard to leave a review on google so you would need to watch the YouTube reviews.

Emailed twice - Monday, April 21st and Tuesday, April 22nd, no response.

Ordered two pairs of shoes - very disappointed on the quality of the shoes. The advertisement stated italian leather in beige/tan. They look like plastic, in yellow color. I would of not ordered them if I knew they were not from Toronto, Ontario.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan Toronto. The product pictures on their site are misleading, and the actual item received was completely different and very low quality products.

Delivery was also terrible - it took an unreasonably long time to arrive (ordered for my son's birthday, but arrived way after the fact).

When I emailed them about the issues, their response was unhelpful and dismissive.

To make matters worse, they use a cheap and unreliable courier service.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using Morgan Toronto. Their website appears to be a facade for scamming people into buying low-quality products. They deserve zero rating but lucky them there's no option for that. Do buy anything from this Morgan Toronto .

They are not in Toronto. Tried to change order immediately and they would not cooperate. Have not got the product yet ordered Nov. Will cost more to return, but I think I will. The issue was the order was doubled by mistake; the very next day I advised them but to no avail.

I ordered a sweater titled “Warm Cozy Sweater”. The picture on the website shows a sweater with embroidered trees on it, what showed up was completely different fabric, not a cozy sweater at all but more of a shiny long sleeve shirt with cheap looking pictures of trees on it. When I reached out to customer service to tell them that I would like to return due to inaccurate advertising and description of the item, they offered me 10% refund or I could purchase a new size for a lesser price. I explained I did not want the shirt at all regardless of size they offered me 20% or I could pay to return it to china (the cost would be $213 to return it). On top of that, they claim to have free returns as well as 4.5 star review average on trust pilot, neither of which is true. I have reported this company as fraudulent to my credit card.

Complete and utter junk. Ordered a dress shirt to wear out and it is just aweful. No shape, disgusting thin fabric, just a wrinkling mess. I put in on and my Wife says it looks like an old man button up pajama shirt.
Not to mention THERE IS NO MORGAN TORONTO. You order any of this crap, you wait forever because it comes from somewhere in Asia. Do not fall for this crappy Company. Go to Walmart if you want to buy cheap junk and save yourself 50+ dollars

Is it possible to give zero stars? I recently purchased a Friedrich sweater from Morgan. First off, they don't tell you that they carry no inventory in Canada. Every order originates in Asia, so it takes forever to get your order.
The product delivered was cheap and in no way represented what they had on their web site. They state "Classic Ribbed Design: The ribbed texture gives this sweater a timeless feel..."
The product does not have a "ribbed texture", which implies a contour in the material. It has no texture at all.
They state "Comfortable Fit: Made from a high-quality cotton blend, ..."
The product is not made of a cotton blend. It is 100% polyester and quite cheap.
They state "Reinforced Elbow Patches: The sturdy elbow patches not only extend the garment’s lifespan but also provide a subtle style marker that sets it apart from the crowd."
There are no reinforced elbow patches. This is just a color change in the polyester and again, very cheap.
Lastly, forget about returning the product. Your choices are to cover the cost of shipping (to Asia!!), or get a 10% refund.
Worst on-line ordering experience ever!
