Morgans Plumbing & Heating Avis 

All of the members of staff I dealt with were extremely helpful, the engineers who visited my home were very polite and they did a first class job. I now have a working boiler, thanks to Morgan Plumbing and Heating.

We had our rusty old oil tank relocated and replaced with plastic tank. Adam came and quoted promptly and advised on siting of new tank. Jade in the office was efficient answering any questions and quickly booked us in and Tommy came on first day to lay concrete base and then brought Sam for day 2 so they could dig trench for pipework, connect new tank, transfer oil from old tank and remove old tank. Both worked really hard, have done a really tidy job and took time to demonstrate all features of the tank and how to set oil level sensor. Very pleased.

Our heating wasn't working despite a full tank of oil and a 2 year old Worcester Bosch boiler. I phoned Morgans plumbing and heating first thing on a Friday morning and they very kindly arranged for an engineer to come out to us later that day. Unfortunately, it was discovered that our Honeywell Home 2-Channel Digital Programmer was faulty. The engineer explained what was needed but that the part would need to be ordered. He was able to rewire the boiler to come on via the room thermostat so we weren't left without heating until the new part had arrived. An hour later, I had a quote for the new unit that included installation and removal of old parts. This afternoon, the engineer arrived to fit the new programmer and we now have a fully functioning system again. Morgans plumbing and heating provide a prompt, friendly, reliable service and I would highly recommend them.

We had all of our radiators replaced in the property by Morgan's that involved work from complete re-piping (towel rail & vertical) to intricate extensions of existing 10mm pipes. All of this was carried out by a polite and very competent Team of engineers Chris and Sam. All work was carried out with coverings to protect furniture and carpets and the working area was tidied up afterwards. A mention should go to Jade in the Office who kept us informed bout the delivery situation (as a couple of radiators were on backorder...which involved a second visit). I would certainly recommend this Company. Thank you for sorting us out

I take my hat off to these guys, they work incredibly hard. Their days are long and the work is arduous. Unfortunately the weather conspired against us so what was initially a two-day billing to replace an oil tank took nearly a week. The initial blockwork to raise the tank height seemed flimsy for the weight of the tank (ie wrong width of block) and while they did correct the issue without prompting with new more substantial blockwork, it puzzled me why they erected inadequate blockwork in the first place. Nevertheless the quote was for the finished job & I am very happy with the finalised installation.

Our oil tank developed a crack so needed emergency replacement..Morgans sent Tom on Saturday morning ...drained the tank removed the old tank and replaced with the new one and filled the tank with the oil...great job..nice lad

We had an unreliable oil fired boiler; it had been regularly serviced and frequently checked by various independent heating engineers, over a period of years, but nobody had succesfully rectified the faults.
Our initial contact was through Max; a qualified heating engineer who works for Morgans. He inspected the boiler, and promptly identified and verified two substantial issues, one of which compromised the safety of using the boiler at all. The boiler was too old to be readily repairable, so we opted to look for a replacement.
On our agreement, he then took pictures and supplied all the relevant details to Morgans, so that they could provide us with a quote, to replace both the boiler and a separate pressure vessel, to replace the faulty items that we had. This process was completed speedily and without any issues or unnecessary delay. Withing 24 hours, Morgans supplied us with a quote for the replacement of the boiler. The quote was very competitive, as verified by a quick price comparison from other installers, and we accepted the quote.
The work was then arranged promptly by Jade, again at a date and time that was convenient for us.
The two young men, Tom and Simon, who came to install and commission the new boiler were both excellent and very personable. They arrived on time, worked hard, were both very polite and thoughtful in the care and consideration with which they went about their work. Our small terrier, Fern, also seemed entirely happy that they were in her house, which in itself may seem of little relevance, but terriers are fair judges of character, though perhaps less well appraised of plumbing competencies, I can confidently state that these two young men were excellent in all respects.
An excellent job, well executed at all stages by all of the participants. We're now in the pleasant position of knowing that that was money well spent, and for the first time in five years, we know that the boiler will work without hassle.
All in all I'd say that Morgans have been an excellent company to deal with, and they well deserve this review.

Adam arrived on time as arranged. Got to work straight away on the full heating system flush. Had all equipment required outside the back door so no mess in the bungalow. He was very approachable and pleasant keeping us informed at all times. Finished earlier than we expected with all the radiators heating up a lot better than they did last winter, so should be a lot warmer this winter. Thanks for a great job done Adam.

Tom the engineer who came to replace our oil tank was amazing he was polite and friendly and with no fuss he completed the job in an efficient and professional way would definitely recommend
