They are a very efficient company to deal with. The phone is always answered in a cheery manner and nothing is too much trouble. They will phone you straight back with any queries. I had my gas boiler serviced and William couldn’t have been more helpful. Then having a problem with the heating timer, they ordered the part immediately and 36 hours later, on a Sunday too! A lovely young man named Tom came to fit it. He was so polite and cheery and again couldn’t have helped me more.
I would certainly recommend this company 100%

Disappointed in the spills.
I was expecting to be impressed with this job of removing two old steel oil tanks. The guy who surveyed the job and the two who carried it out were very efficient and courteous. There were though a number of spills - not a huge amount and the first one was from their own systems. It was clear they did not have anything to clear up the mess which I did with some cat litter but when they had left I found a series of other spills on the drive. I had emailed the company before posting this review but had no response.

The team arrived on time, were efficient, polite, and informative. They did a great job in cleaning my fuel oil tank and I would certainly recommend them.

Luke and Matt attended the house on Friday to flush three radiators and clean the system thoroughly. They were on time, polite and very helpful informing me what they would do and how long it would take. They also put a radiator back on where the holes had been covered by plastering! We were really pleased with the work and will trust Morgans for the servicing of the boiler next year. The booking system was efficient too and because the job was important they managed to find a slot for us at short notice.

BEWARE. We had a boiler installed and an oil tank moved by Morgan’s, we’ve been chasing oftec certification for months and have been told several different stories, every time Morgan’s are adamant that they are oftec registered. After speaking to oftec they aren’t registered and they have no record of them being registered at all. Adam the director doesn’t seem to think it’s a problem because he took over in may and anything historical to this isn’t his problem. The oil tank wasn’t relocated within regulations either, leaving the oil tank illegal and unsafe. Still yet to have a response from them after finding out the truth about them

Sean and his colleagues did an excellent job installing our new boiler and adding a radiator to the system. The work was completed efficiently and the site was left tidy. A couple of snags were also quickly resolved. Thank you.

Max the engineer arrived promptly and proceeded to do the job with no fuss. He had all the right equipment at hand. He was helpful and informative

Had boiler serviced today. Friendly and efficient service and had all my naive questions answered.

Don't expect much aftercare from this company. Installed the boiler over 3 years ago, and when initially installed it, didn't do a great job on sealing the roof where the flu went through so when it rains heavy and constant it leaks every time. They did initially try to attempt to fix it but still not right. Called them out today (23.09.24) and said there is nothing they can do they are not roofers! Great service (Not), I won't be getting annual boiler services from you every again. I will take my custom elsewhere

Morgans have just swapped out our old system boiler to a new combi. The guys doing the installation never stopped all their work is top quality will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent new boiler install and old boiler and water heater removal. Came on time. Clean and tidy. Reasonable pricing. Polite and hardworking. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience at a good price. Very nice blokes doing the work, they put up with all sorts of questions.
Explained everything well and would definitely have been a 5* job except one wire was loose which meant another night with no hot water. They came and fixed it next day though which was great.
