I wasn’t sure about ordering flowers from you, as I hadn’t used you before. However, the whole experience was very positive. I was kept well informed throughout the process. The flowers arrived when they were meant to, and best of all, the flowers were beautiful. Very pretty and fresh, just as in your photo and description. The recipient was thrilled. I would definitely feel happy to use Morning Flowers again.

Morning flowers were great from ordering them to delivery of the flowers I would recommend them. Quality good

I ordered a Moonlight bouquet which I chose because the description said it had freesias in it. When it was delivered there were no freesias in at all.
I emailed Morning Flowers regarding this but have had no response to date.
Just checked my emails and they are willing to either replace the bouquet or offer a refund so that is a good response from them. I will give them another try next time I want to send flowers.

Flowers were dispatched 2 days later than expected which was disappointing. They were, however, very fresh according to the recipient.

I received a lovely bunch of flowers which have lasted over 10 days so far. I then sent a baby bundle which was gorgeous and the teddy and balloon all good quality. Will definitely use again very good quality

I would have given 5 stars on quality, price and ease of web ordering except for the unexpected additional cost for tracking at checkout which was non negotiable. Why advertise free delivery when this is a delivery charge by another means. I was disappointed in what I felt to be an underhand selling tactic.

Flowers and balloon were ordered to be delivered to one person.

No balloon was delivered sadly. I send e mail to chase missing paid for balloon. Poor customer service as no one has dealt with my missing balloon or refunded me the money!

I had ordered from you before and was disappointed that the flowers didn't last for long (about 8 days compared to another Amazon seller whose flowers lasted over 2 weeks), but I thought I'd give you another chance - BIG MISTAKE - the flowers started to wilt after 3 days & were ALL DEAD by the SIXTH DAY!!!!

Needless to say, I will not be buying from you again!!!!!!!!!

These flowers called “ sympathy” were supposed to be delivered to my brother and his family for the day of his wife’s funeral. They arrived 3 days early. When I phoned to complain they did agree to send some more which arrived 2 days after the funeral! I’m very disappointed!

Sending flowers too early is as bad as sending them too late. Took a lot of effort to resolve the situation. No email to say they had finally refunded the money. Bolshie manager phoned moaning that I was complaining. Would never use again. There are companies selling flowers who know how to do customer service. This isn’t one of them.

The flowers are of a high quality and there are plenty of them. They last a long time too. The delivery service is good and the flowers are packed well.

Recipient delighted with her flowers well packaged and I have only seen photo’s and they looked beautiful and she said they lasted for just over 2 weeks. I have used Morning Flowers on a few occasions and never been disappointed yet.
