Great sales team .site manager are so helpful 👏 great service any problems they came straight away i damage my wall moving in and they fitted it with no problem from matt .House fitting are top quality very happy with everything love the house thanks everyone for your help. The situation of the development is lovely and has a fresh feeling that seems refreshing to be around so that’s a good choice of location.

The lovely lady showing me around was nice and welcoming, explaining in detail what they had available and coming up in future.

The home structure is beautiful and modern with decent sizes and space for storage.

The sales person Lynn at Northampton was very professional, friendly and informative. She answered all of our questions. The house spec is stunning and this is standard. Very impressed.

Cleverly this lot get bad reviews quickly removed. As I said months ago a large estate in Standish is still a disgrace after 7 years here our spine roads remain unsurfaced. The estate is a shambles. Look elsewhere.

We have been living in a Morris Homes property on Stanley Gardens for nearly 3 years now and whilst we had a positive experience purchasing our property, the ongoing customer care has been nothing short of a disaster. We have had multiple kitchen doors drop from the hinges with 2 having actually fallen from the hinges. We have requested this be fixed over the course of 2 years, the company on multiple occasions stated that they had been to our property to fix them despite not doing so. We eventually had one of the doors refixed to the wall whilst the other was left loose. This door has eventually come away, when brought up again to Morris we have been accused of having “forcibly ripped off” the door, this accusation backed up by their head of Customer Care Chris Moylan. The freezer door is now also coming away from the hinges which is clearly evidence of poor work being completed on the property. We have attempted to escalate this issue but continue to be met with barriers, ignored emails and as expected dismissive uncooperative responses. Avoid at all costs.

Stanley Gardens left unfinished.

The communal areas are a disgrace and like a bomb site a year after completion. Unfinished job and lack of commitment by Morris Homes.

We had a consultation with Hannah the Morris Homes rep in the Rivington development. She was really helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable and asked us lots of questions to find out what would suit us and our budget. We left feeling excited about buying a new home and enough information to help us move to the next step.

We recently reserved our new home with Morris. We were very warmly welcomed by Hannah at Rivington Park and from the moment we met her, we knew she was going to be amazing. From viewing the beautiful show homes to having our house valued and then reserving, Hannah has been brilliant and with us every single step. I genuinely never thought reserving our home would have us crying with laughter. It was the most fun experience and one which we will never forget. She has shared every exciting moment with us and we look forward to our weekly update chats with her. We can't thank Hannah enough for all she has done and continues to do for us.

I bought home with Morris homes and having issues form first month and my warranty will end soon. Few issues which I reported earlier are addressed but it will keep happening again even on basic things like flooring is done very bad that they replaced twice and still its faulty. You can understand the quality of build and fix they are providing. I feel they even show partiality.

I trusted Morris and spend all my hard earned money but I got cheated.

My warranty will be over soon and now they are not fixing my issues even with one month wait.

We recently went to view houses at St Michael’s Park, Upton, Northampton.
Ann made the whole process informative, positive and enjoyable making us really excited to start the process of buying one of the homes. She went above and beyond answering all of the many questions and we also got to view the plot we wanted to buy, helping us really imagine our new home!

Ann at Morris Homes has been fantastic in helping us with viewings at St Michaels Park, Upton. Nothing has been too much trouble, she was friendly, professional and took the time to answer all our questions, big or small. She made the process so far very easy and enjoyable. She is a real credit to Morris Homes.

We visited the new Coventry Site today Station Grange. Immediately you were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. All the options were explained thoroughly and in detail. Although the show house wasn’t ready we got a good feeling and understanding of the properties we were interested in. Hopefully this will prepare us for the journey ahead with Morrison Homes and the perfect hosts Jessica and Pauline.

We recently met with Ann at Morris Homes, St Micheal’s Park, after viewing a number of new build options around Northampton, and she has been excellent from the very beginning. Ann took the time to explain the different developments, layouts, and options available, making the whole process very clear and approachable.

We are still at the start of our journey but are most likely going to select one of the Morris Homes builds, and that’s in no small part thanks to Ann’s friendly, professional, and patient approach. She made what could have felt overwhelming into an enjoyable and exciting experience.
