Would give zero stars if I could. Order was supposed to arrive yesterday received an e mail after delivery slot to be told van had broken down but would re-deliver this evening. Now past said time - no delivery - not showing as cancelled still showing as being prepared. No indication of an alternative time - substitutes are poor quality and mean that meal deals have not been fulfilled so no discounts although that is academic as 24 hours plus later nothing has actually arrived !! - An utter disgrace and have been unable to speak to an actual person.
My son is very ill in hospital so delivery time organised around when we could actually be home and doubtless I shall now be out of pocket in the short term as I shall have to purchase elsewhere so close to Christmas and then await a refund.
Further to my last review matters are worse. They phoned whilst I was in the shower lady took my details and I gave my husband authority to speak on my behalf. Instead of dealing with the query, now 2 days plus past delivery placed in a queue then couldn't find my delivery number after 25 minutes waiting on the phone. Finally message stated will get back within a day - Christmas Eve evening!
Utter disgrace use at your peril. With a son very ill in hospital I am now having to spend additional monies less than two days before Christmas plus take time out to buy items which should have arrived two days plus ago, money taken , no shopping, no updates, obviously not coming now. Website states my groceries are still being prepared !!

Hopeless for disabled customers like my Wife and myself as just about all of the disabled parking slots at our Reigate Branch get taken up by able bodied youngsters, most of whom are not even shopping at Morrisons but using the parking spots to park up nearer to Reigate High Street. And sadly Morisons never check to see if parkers have Blue Badges, so the likes of us who have drive on and go to Sainsburys in nearby Redhill to shop instead, Makes us very cross.

So I thought I’d pop in to sidcup Morrisons this morning at 8.30 I’d just checked out and spent £17.80 on a couple of snacks and a Christmas jumper for work. Walking through the barriers the tag bleeped the alarms. I turned and walked to the security guard who also had stood up from his seating tables area by the barriers as you enter/leave the store. The guard stood and proceeded to run towards me, now I had already turned and was making my way to him at this point, with my PURCHASED items. He came to me very aggressive/intimidating and snatched the jumper out of my hand, at this point I had the receipt in my other hand which I was trying to give him, and asked him not to snatch and give me my jumper back, it turned into a ridiculous tug of war with my receipt getting ripped which he did not even look at, after a embarrassing struggle which triggered anxiety and self defence, I then threw the rest of my PAID items and left with nothing as I just wanted to get out of their, if the fact a tag needed to be removed, you should not ever snatch and abuse your authority. Absolutely discussing behaviour from the security it was disrespectful and unnecessary. I will not be using sidcup Morrisons or any Morrisons again.

Very poor customer service. Don't respond to emails promptly.
Issued voucher for mouldy products and didn't inform me had to be used in 3 months and would not reissue despite voucher not being visible in account.

My son bought me a poinsettia plant today and when I unwrapped it there were more leaves in the pot than on the plant and the soil was bone dry!! I expect it won't live very long definitelynot over the Christmas period!
Why do they sell plants but not care for them? Don't waste your money, buy elsewhere!

Delivery arrived at 1600 on Sunday, products missing meat ordered to eat Sunday , replacements not what I wanted chicken breast replaced with thighs at extra £1.50, beer replaced with cheapest brand not same type, sell by date on replacement bread same day, mushrooms looked as they are about to off. It is as if they gave me product they couldn't sell in shop never using them again

Recently moved house so attempted to change my details on the website. Would not allow me to delete my old address but I could add new address. Did so then put in an order. However, The app now shows my new address, the website shows both my old and new address as one combined address, and my email confirmation for the order shows my old address! This is just chaos and completely unacceptable, with three alternatives being shown I have no idea where my order will actually go so I've cancelled it and will shop elsewhere. Ability to contact customer service is extremely limited unless you want to pick from provided options - which offer limited choice and nothing outside their list. This is just not a good experience and seems very out of step with the quality ordering experiences offered by their competitors.

Stars only for the drivers who are great.
Every order I make. Stock is missing. Too late at that point to make alternative arrangements, so have to spend twice as much in the local Morrisons we have because, for some reason, the SAME product is twice the price in store. The substitutes they choose are far more expensive anyway. Seems very easy way to gouge the customer since I've no way to know what's genuinely in or out of stock.
Will be shopping elsewhere for Christmas and in the future. What's the point if every single time you don't have what I want, and it's not like I'm ordering Quail's eggs ffs

I was a regular customer at the Redditch store. Their customer service is appalling! I noticed that my More card reductions were not applied for all advertised items on two occasions. I went to customer service where a very rude lady checked my receipt lengthy and asked me to bring the item back from my car. She gave me the difference in cash ( not even asking if I wanted to put it back on the card I used or explaining that she can only give me cash ) without saying sorry for the mistake. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT SHOPPERS! I definitely not going back again! I rather drive further!
Poor excuse for customer service
By far the worst customer service I've ever had, it's always we'll send you an email shortly, we'll call you back in an hour. Both of these are completely imaginary, and never happen. I would've had an easier time pulling teeth. I have never experienced such a poor excuse for customer service ever, calling it customer service is unbelievably generous, it's just people answering a phone then saying the same script over and over without ever actually meaning it.

Ordered groceries online reference: 1876874800555 but some of the shelf life dates were short. Asked for refund twice online but was refused. I have had to cook the meats so they wouldn't go bad. Disgusted. Now doing online shop elsewhere.

3 for £10 on fish fillets, one haddock, one cod, one smoked whitefish, no cod and no smoked whitefish so they substitute with more haddock!

Nairns oatcakes replaced with sourdough flatbreads, not even made with oats!
Pigs in blankets flavoured crisps unavailable...it's christmas Morrisons expect sales to be higher.

Had enough of their ineptitude, delivery booked for 10-11am and told it isn't going to be with me until 1104-1134, so cancelled my delivery pass and this will be my last order with them.
Wow time has now gone out to 1128-1148!
Just in the time window my ASDA delivery is due.

When order arrived the goods looked like they had been chucked in the basket.
A twelve pack of Actimel drinks was loose in the basket out of its cardboard sleeve and then when I went to put them in the fridge I found one of the twelve was missing.
So to summarise, multiple items missing and replaced by unsuitable subs, late delivery and an item missing from one of the things that did turn up.
Morrisons have let themselves down big time.

What is going on at Morrison's these days ??......... we used to use them a lot until a few years ago but now only in desperation of when passing like yesterday when so many items had no price on them like a huge mountain of tubs of various chocolates etc ..... They now seem so expensive these days ( even compared to Sainsbury's who seem to be making some sort of effort ) ....... They had 500g Pedigree dog biscuits at £2.50 which have been just £1.00 for years at Poundland and Baileys Irish Cream at £14 which is £10 at Sainsbury's etc ........ no wonder the large store was very quiet and so many other reviews on this site are so poor and they dont even bother to respond ....... We remember a few years ago when Morrisons top man announced they " would compete with the discounters head on " !!! ..... what a joke that was .........

Do not order from Morrisons if you want your order to not come on time and I ordered throw Amazons which is a third party and both of them were absolutely horrendous and I've said I've no update to a quarter past ten at night which is absolutely ridiculous and still no food arrived absolutely disgusting service from both Amazon and Morrisons this has happened 2 times 😑

MORRISONS home delivery - A piece of fiction!!!
MORRISONS home delivery!!! What a joke!!! I can only assume this fabled ' delivery' only happens in the land of Alice in Wonderland and neighbours of Santa and the Easter Bunny!!!! i.e. utter fiction!!!! I have moved house, changed my delivery address on morrisons app, via the website, on 4 different devices even including the map locator. all accepted, BUT despite my NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOURS!!! being able to log in same day and get offerend a delivery slot, MORRISONS tell me they either don;t deliver to my postcode!!.. it's the same one as my neighbours!!!! OR, ' they have no delivery slots.. blah blah blah.. and yet I have just sat next to my new neighbour , watched her sign in as a new customer, .. with same postcode!!! and get offered a date for tomorrow!!!!! What the actual!!!!!!

Myself and my wife have been using Morrisons at Bewbush in Crawley for years and I have left superb reviews in the last 12 months however we among other customers have experienced some dreadful customer service in recent weeks. There is a very rude member of staff who talks to customers poorly and there is no need for this. I always have a good experience in the store with all the staff except one. Very unhelpful and not willing to give a good customer experience. The assistants name is Wendy
