I am so pleased after dealing with Ian.
I felt like every step of the way he was in touch and guiding me through the process. After struggling with knowing what to do as a first time buyer he advised me on how to complete certain forms. He was pleasant approachable and very helpful. I would highly recommend Ian to anybody and I’m absolutely grateful for everything he has done.

Wonderful Service
Ian was extremely helpful right from the beginning of this process. I was always told that the mortgage process was incredibly stressful, however, I have felt confident and at ease throughout due to the support and advice from Ian. Patient, helpful and fast.
As a FTB I had no idea where to start and Rob kindly explained things in detail and made sure I understood what he was saying. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer ALL of my questions and in the end he got me the best deal he could whilst being realistic and considered my affordability.
